بصفتك Senior Structural Engineer في الرياض، ستتولى دعم تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع هياكل المباني في جميع أنحاء السعودية. ستشارك في مشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات، تجارية، سكنية، ضيافة، طيران، رياضية وأبراج شاهقة، وتطوير حلول هيكلية منسقة عبر مراحل المفهوم، التصميم التخطيطي، التصميم التفصيلي ودعم الإنشاء. ستعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات لتسليم حلول آمنة وقابلة للبناء وفعالة من حيث التكلفة تتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع، كود البناء السعودي، المعايير الدولية المعمول بها، الجدول الزمني، الميزانية وأهداف الجودة. يشمل الدور تصميم الخرسانة المسلحة والصلب الإنشائي، التسليم الفني، تنسيق التصميم، التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة ودعم الإنشاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد حسابات التصميم الإنشائي، المواصفات، الرسومات، التقارير، الملاحظات الفنية، تقييمات مخاطر التصميم ومخرجات المشروع الأخرى.
- تحليل وتصميم أنظمة الخرسانة المسلحة، الصلب الإنشائي، البناء بالطوب وأساسات مع مراعاة أحمال الجاذبية، الرياح، الزلازل، الحرارة والهبوط.
- تطوير مخططات هيكلية آمنة وقابلة للبناء وفعالة من حيث التكلفة ابتداءً من مرحلة المفهوم والتصميم التخطيطي وصولاً إلى التصميم التفصيلي ودعم الإنشاء.
- تطبيق متطلبات كود البناء السعودي المعتمد والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة مثل ACI و AISC و ASCE و IBC.
- تنسيق الحلول الهيكلية مع التخصصات الأخرى: الهندسة المعمارية، الجيوتقنية، المدنية، الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP)، السلامة من الحريق، الواجهات، BIM وغيرها.
- مراجعة الحسابات الإنشائية، الرسومات، النماذج، الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) وتقديمات المواد، والرد على الاستفسارات الفنية للمقاولين.
- دعم تقديمات الجهات الرسمية والرد على تعليقات العملاء والجهات المانحة للتراخيص وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية وتقييمات فنية للتحقق من الامتثال لمعلومات التصميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع.
- تخطيط الأنشطة المسندة ومراقبة التسليم مقابل النطاق المتفق عليه، البرنامج، الميزانية، الموارد ومتطلبات الجودة.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وأساليب العمل الرقمية، ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.
- إظهار سلوكيات آمنة وأخلاقية وشاملة تتماشى مع قيم Mott MacDonald.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية من مؤسسة معترف بها.
- خبرة عملية مثبتة بعد التخرج في التصميم الإنشائي، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن استشارات هندسية دولية.
- خبرة واضحة في تصميم وتنفيذ هياكل المباني من الخرسانة المسلحة والصلب الإنشائي عبر مراحل المفهوم والتخطيط والتفصيل مع الإلمام بدعم الإنشاء.
- معرفة جيدة بكود البناء السعودي والمعايير الدولية المعمول بها (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC).
- خبرة في التعامل مع ظروف التصميم الخاصة بالسعودية مثل الزلازل، الرياح، درجات الحرارة العالية، التعرض للظروف البيئية ومتطلبات الجهات الرسمية.
- كفاءة في استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي مثل ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Tekla Structural Designer أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة عملية باستخدام Revit، عمليات تنسيق BIM ومنصات التعاون الرقمية الشائعة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية، التخطيط، التنظيم، حل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتعاون ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات والثقافات.
المتطلبات الإضافية (مرغوبة)
- حالة الزمالة المهنية (Chartered) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة العمل في السعودية أو منطقة الخليج الأوسع.
- القدرة على التحدث باللغة العربية.

About The Role
As an Senior Structural Engineer based in Riyadh, you will support the design and delivery of building-structure projects across Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, buildable and cost-effective solutions that meet project requirements, the Saudi Building Code, applicable international standards, programme, budget and quality objectives. The role includes reinforced concrete and structural steel design, technical delivery, design coordination, stakeholder engagement and construction support.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
- Prepare structural design calculations, specifications, drawings, reports, technical notes, design risk assessments and other project deliverables.
- Analyse and design reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and foundation systems, considering relevant gravity, wind, seismic, temperature and settlement actions.
- Develop safe, buildable and cost-effective structural schemes from concept and schematic design through detailed design and construction support.
- Apply project-adopted Saudi Building Code requirements and applicable international standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE and IBC.
- Coordinate structural solutions with architecture, geotechnical, civil, MEP, fire and life-safety, façade, BIM and other specialist disciplines.
- Review structural calculations, drawings, models, shop drawings and material submissions, and respond to contractor technical queries.
- Support authority submissions and respond to comments from clients, approving authorities and other stakeholders.
- Undertake site inspections and technical assessments to verify compliance with approved design information and project specifications.
- Plan assigned activities and monitor delivery against agreed scope, programme, budget, resource and quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours aligned to Mott MacDonald values.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Proven relevant post-graduate experience in structural design, preferably within an international engineering consultancy.
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering reinforced concrete and structural steel building structures through concept, schematic and detailed-design stages, with exposure to construction support.
- Sound knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and applicable international standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE and IBC.
- Experience considering Saudi-specific design conditions, including seismicity, wind, high temperatures, durability exposure and authority requirements.
- Competence in relevant structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Tekla Structural Designer or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Revit, BIM coordination processes and common digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong English communication, planning, organisation, problem-solving and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams.
- Chartered or equivalent professional status.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.
- Arabic-language capability.
