تقدم شركة Mott MacDonald العالمية للاستشارات الهندسية والإدارية فرصة عمل في الرياض لوظيفة مهندس إنشائي (Structural Engineer) لدعم تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع المباني متعددة الاستخدامات والتجارية والسكنية والفنادق والمطارات والرياضية والأبراج العالية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي للانضمام إلى فريق المباني والمساهمة في تطوير حلول إنشائية آمنة ومنسقة وقابلة للتنفيذ وفعالة من حيث التكلفة عبر مراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والتخطيطي والتفصيلي. ستعمل تحت إشراف كبير المهندسين الإنشائيين، وستقوم بإجراء التحليلات والتصاميم الإنشائية، وإعداد المخرجات الفنية، والتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم حلول هندسية عالية الجودة وفقاً لكود البناء السعودي والمعايير الدولية المطبقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي للخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية وأساسات البناء وأنظمة الأحمال.
- إعداد الحسابات الإنشائية ونماذج التحليل والملاحظات الفنية والتقارير والمواصفات ومخرجات التصميم الأخرى.
- دعم تطوير المخططات الإنشائية من مرحلة المفهوم وحتى التصميم التفصيلي.
- تطبيق متطلبات كود البناء السعودي والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC).
- تقييم التأثيرات الإنشائية بما في ذلك الجاذبية والرياح والزلازل ودرجة الحرارة والهبوط.
- تنسيق معلومات التصميم الإنشائي مع التخصصات المعمارية والمدنية والجيوتقنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والواجهات ونظم BIM والتخصصات الأخرى.
- التعاون مع فرق BIM والفنيين لتطوير الرسومات والنماذج الإنشائية المنسقة.
- المساعدة في مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية ومستندات التوريد وعروض المقاولين والاستفسارات الفنية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم واجتماعات التنسيق وورش العمل الفنية ومناقشات قابلية التنفيذ.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وأساليب العمل الرقمية ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية من مؤسسة معترف بها.
- خبرة عملية مثبتة في التصميم الإنشائي بعد التخرج لعدد من السنوات.
- خبرة في تحليل وتصميم المباني الإنشائية بالخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية.
- خبرة في دعم المشاريع خلال مراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والتخطيطي والتفصيلي.
- معرفة عملية بكود البناء السعودي والمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC).
- كفاءة في استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي مثل ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Tekla Structural Designer أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة عملية بـ Revit وعمليات تنسيق BIM ومنصات التعاون الرقمية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات والتواصل، مع القدرة على إدارة المهام المسندة والتعاون بفعالية ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الخليج.
- يفضل خبرة ضمن شركة استشارات هندسية دولية متعددة التخصصات.
- يفضل التعرض للدعم الفني في مرحلة التشييد والتفتيش الموقعي.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع متوسطة أو كبيرة الحجم (تجارية، سكنية، فنادق، مطارات، رياضية، متعددة الاستخدامات).
- يفضل القدرة على اللغة العربية.

About The Role

In this role, you will undertake structural analysis and design activities, prepare technical deliverables, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable international standards
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
- Undertake structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and foundation systems.
- Prepare structural calculations, analysis models, technical notes, reports, specifications and other design deliverables.
- Support the development of structural schemes from concept through detailed design stages.
- Apply Saudi Building Code requirements and relevant international standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE and IBC.
- Evaluate structural actions including gravity, wind, seismic, temperature and settlement effects.
- Coordinate structural design information with architectural, civil, geotechnical, MEP, façade, BIM and specialist disciplines.
- Collaborate with BIM teams and technicians to develop coordinated structural drawings and models.
- Assist with the review of shop drawings, material submissions, contractor proposals and technical queries.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, technical workshops and constructability discussions.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Proven years of relevant post-graduate experience in structural design.
- Experience in the analysis and design of building structures in reinforced concrete and structural steel.
- Experience supporting projects through concept, schematic and detailed-design stages.
- Working knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and relevant international standards, including ACI, AISC, ASCE and IBC.
- Competence in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, Tekla Structural Designer or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Revit, BIM coordination processes and digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.
- Experience within an international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.
- Exposure to construction-stage technical support and site inspections.
- Experience working on medium- or large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, aviation, sports or mixed-use developments.
- Arabic-language capability.
