يسر فقيه للرعاية الصحية أن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة (فني صيدلية - العيادات الخارجية) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم خدمات صيدلية مثلى لمرضى العيادات الخارجية وغيرهم من المستفيدين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع وصرف أوامر الأدوية الصيدلانية تحت إشراف صيدلي مرخص.
- إعادة تعبئة أشكال الجرعات الفموية لصرف العيادات الخارجية، ووسم الحاويات المعاد تعبئتها بالسجل المناسب.
- تحديد الأدوية وشبه المنتهية صلاحيتها والتعامل معها بشكل مناسب، والحفاظ على ظروف التخزين المناسبة للمنتجات الدوائية وتسجيلها.
- حساب كمية المنتج الدوائي الواجب تحضيرها لكل وصفة طبية.
- إظهار المعرفة بالتخزين السليم والتعامل مع المواد الخطرة في مكان العمل، وإجراءات الإسعافات الأولية اللازمة في حالة التعرض العرضي.
- ترتيب مخزون الأدوية من المستودع الطبي لضمان توفير إمداد كافٍ في الصيدلية.
- ضمان سلامة المرضى وممارسة الإدارة الآمنة للأدوية في جميع الأوقات.
- إظهار المعرفة بالأدوية التي لا تستلزم وصفة طبية (OTC) الشائعة الاستخدام.
- الإبلاغ لرئيس الصيدلية عن أي أخطاء دوائية أو تفاعلات دوائية ضارة (ADR) يتم اكتشافها.
- الانخراط في برنامج تعليم مستمر يتعلق بممارسات إدارة الأدوية والأدوية عالية الخطورة والأخطاء الدوائية وغيرها.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
- وظائف أتمتة صيدلية العيادات الخارجية - إذا وجدت: الحفاظ على مخزون جهاز التخزين والاسترجاع الآلي في صيدلية العيادات الخارجية، والعمل كخط أول لاستكشاف الأخطاء والتنسيق مع الدعم الفني من المورّد، وتنسيق أعمال الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وفترات التوقف.
- أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة إليه ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، ويشمل ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والإسهام الفعّال في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الاطلاع عليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب التوعوي لمواجهة التهديدات الإلكترونية، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية، واستكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- السعي الفعّال لتطوير المهارات المهنية من خلال الانخراط في التدريب والخبرات المهنية المناسبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في بيئة الصيدلية بالمستشفى.
- دبلوم في الصيدلة.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً، واللغة العربية مفضلة.
- تصريح مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).

Education
Diploma in pharmacy.
Language
Good command of oral and written English / Arabic Preferable.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
Job Purpose:
Provides the outpatients and other customers with the optimum pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Assembles and Dispenses pharmacy medications orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Performs re-packaging of oral dosage forms for outpatient dispensing, labels the re-packed containers with an appropriate record.
- Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications, storage and conditions for drug products and maintains necessary record.
- Calculates the amount of the drug product to prepare for a prescription.
- Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
- Arranges the medications' stocks from medical stockroom to maintain an adequate supply of the stocks in the pharmacy.
- Ensures patient safety and safe medication management are practiced at all times.
- Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used non-prescription drugs (OTC).
- Reports to the pharmacy head any discovered medication errors & ADR.
- Enrolls in continuous education program regarding medication management practices, high risk medications, medication errors and others.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Outpatient Pharmacy Automation related functions if applicable:
- Maintain the stock of the Automated Storage and Retrieval Device in the outpatient pharmacy.
- Serves as first line for troubleshooting and coordinates involvement of vendor technical support.
- Coordinates automation maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime.
- Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
