نبذة عن الوظيفة
يبحث Parsons عن موهوب متميز لشغل منصب مدير التخطيط الاستراتيجي وقائد الفريق. في هذا الدور، ستعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع خبراء التنقل في تطوير مدينة كبيرة في المملكة العربية السعودية، عبر التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لتحديث أُطُر المدينة وغيرها من سياسات وإجراءات حوكمة التنقل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء شبكة واسعة من أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المشروع عبر مناطق التطوير المختلفة
- تحليل الخطة الإطارية للمدينة لفهم متطلبات التغييرات والتحديثات
- التحقق من صحة المتتبعات الحالية
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لمواءمة تقارير التنقل مع تقارير التخصصات الأخرى
- تسجيل قائمة التغييرات المتراكمة على الخطة الإطارية للمدينة وتقارير الحوكمة الأخرى
- وضع علامات وتوصيات لتعديلات تقرير الخطة الإطارية للمدينة
- إدارة جدول تحديثات الخطة الإطارية للمدينة، بما في ذلك التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين
- إدارة الموظفين لأداء مهام إدارة الوثائق والتصميم الجرافيكي ضمن الفريق
- المشاركة في اجتماعات وأنشطة الإدارة مع فريق التنقل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في التخطيط الحضري أو السياسة العامة أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تأليف أو مراجعة جوهرية لوثائق السياسات
- خبرة في تشريعات التخطيط، التحليل الديموغرافي، واقتصاديات استخدام الأراضي
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات استثنائية في الكتابة التقنية والعروض التقديمية
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متنوع ثقافيًا وبناء علاقات رئيسية بسرعة
- خبرة في العمل على المشاريع العملاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Director - Strategic Planning & Team Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to work alongside mobility experts in the development of a large city in Saudi Arabia by aligning with key stakeholders to update city frameworks and other mobility governance policies and procedures.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building a wide network of key program stakeholders across development districts
- Analyzing the city framework plan to understand the demands for changes and updates
- Fact checking existing trackers
- Coordinating with stakeholders to align mobility reports with other discipline reports
- Logging the backlog of changes to the city framework plan and other governance reports
- Marking up and recommending city framework plan report modifications
- Managing the schedule of city framework plan updates, including internal stakeholder communications
- Managing staff to perform document management and graphic design duties within the team
- Participate in management meetings and activities with the Mobility team
- Master's in Urban Planning, Public Policy, or equivalent
- 15+ years experience authoring or substantially revising policy documents
- Expertise in planning legislation, demographic analysis, and land-use economics
- Exceptional technical writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work within culturally-diverse team and quickly establish key relationships
- Experience working on giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
