- مستشار استشاري متمرس يتمتع بمهارات قوية في التسليم وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة وتنفيذ البرامج.
- فهم عميق للتحول الرقمي والتقنية التشغيلية (OT) وإدارة الأصول وتحسين العمليات التجارية والتغيير المُمكّن بالتكنولوجيا داخل المؤسسات المعقدة.
- سجل حافل في دعم التسليم الناجح للمبادرات الرقمية والتقنية التشغيلية وإدارة الأصول والبيانات والتحول عبر البيئات التجارية والتشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات استشارية في مبادرات التحول الرقمي والتقنية التشغيلية (OT) وإدارة الأصول والبيانات وتحسين العمليات.
- العمل مع العملاء وفِرق التسليم لتحديد الحلول وحل التحديات التجارية وتحقيق نتائج ناجحة للمشاريع عبر عدة عقود.
- قيادة ودعم تطوير الفرص وإعداد العروض والكتابات الفنية والعروض التقديمية للعملاء والتقديرات والتوضيحات وتشكيل الحلول الرقمية ضمن أعمال الاستشارات.
- تعزيز ممارسات العمل الآمنة والمسؤولة وفقًا لتوقعات Worley وHSSE للعملاء، والمساهمة في منهجيات الاستشارات والأصول القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام ومشاركة المعرفة والإرشاد والابتكار والتحسين المستمر في ممارسة الاستشارات الرقمية.
- تحديد وتنفيذ خارطة طريق الاستراتيجية الرقمية للمؤسسات الصناعية أو كثيفة رأس المال.
- التركيز اليومي على تسليم الحلول الرقمية وهندسة البيانات وإدارة المعلومات وتحويل الأعمال المُمكّن بالتكنولوجيا.
- بناء علاقات ثقة مع أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء وتقديم دعم استشاري عبر مبادرات التحول الرقمي وتحسين العمليات وإدارة المحافظ والحوكمة وإدارة الأصول والتكنولوجيا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في إدارة المحافظ وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة وتحديد أولويات حالات الاستخدام وتخطيط التسليم وتتبع الفوائد.
- مستشار استباقي يركز على التسليم ولديه وعي تجاري.
- القدرة على العمل عبر عملاء وصناعات وأنواع عقود متعددة مع الحفاظ على التركيز على نتائج العملاء وقيمة الأعمال (يشمل السفر إلى مواقع العملاء).
- خبرة في العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة التجاريين وأصحاب المنتجات وخبراء الموضوع والموردين ومتكاملي الأنظمة وفِرق التسليم.
- من المتوقع المساهمة في تسليم العملاء ودعم العروض وتطوير القدرات ومشاركة المعرفة ونمو ممارسة الاستشارات.
- خبرة استشارية أو استشارية عليا أو مواجهة للعملاء.
- معرفة عمل قوية بالتقنيات الرقمية والتقنية التشغيلية (OT) وتكامل البيانات والتحليلات وإنترنت الأشياء والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بحلول التحول الرقمي وإدارة الأصول وإدارة البيانات وتحسين العمليات.
- خبرة في تحديد وتنفيذ خارطة طريق الاستراتيجية الرقمية للمؤسسات الصناعية أو كثيفة رأس المال.
- خبرة في التوائم الرقمية والبيانات والتحليلات وإنترنت الأشياء الصناعي (IIoT) أو APM أو حلول تحويل المؤسسات (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة عمل قوية بتقنيات OPC وETL وإنترنت الأشياء وما يتصل بها.
- خبرة مثبتة في التقارب بين OT/IT بما في ذلك دمج التقنية التشغيلية (SCADA، DCS، PLCs، مؤرخات) مع أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات للمؤسسات (ERP، CMMS، MES).
- معرفة بأنظمة التسليم الهندسية القائمة على البيانات والتصميم من Worley (ميزة إضافية) - E3D/S3D، SPID، SPI، SPE وSPF.

- Deliver consulting services across digital, Operational Technology (OT), asset management, data, transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
- Work with clients and delivery teams to define solutions, solve business challenges and achieve successful project outcomes across multiple engagements.
- Lead and support opportunity development, proposal preparation, technical write-ups, client presentations, estimates, clarifications and solution shaping for digital across the Consulting business.

- Experience working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, vendors, System Integrators and delivery teams

- Consulting, advisory or senior client-facing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of digital technologies, Operational Technology (OT), data integration, analytics, IoT and related technologies.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, asset management, data management and operational improvement solutions.
- Experience defining and executing a Digital Strategy roadmap for industrial or capital-intensive organizations.
- Experience with Digital Twins, Data & Analytics, Industrial IoT, APM, or enterprise transformation solutions would be beneficial
- Strong working knowledge of OPC, ETL, IoT and related technologies.
- Proven experience in OT/IT convergence including integration of operational technology (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historians) with enterprise IT systems (ERP, CMMS, MES).
- Knowledge of Worley Data Centric Engineering and Design delivery systems would be an advantage - E3D/S3D, SPID, SPI, SPE and SPF
- Knowledge of industry standards as ISO15926, ISO14224, CFIHOS (facilities handover), DEXPI (P&ID data exchange), FL3DMS (3D models) and CAPE-OPEN (process modelling software interoperability) would be an advantage
- Experience with Digital Twin and Asset Performance Management (APM) technology implementations
- Experience with change management in industrial settings, including workforce adoption of new digital tools and workflows.
- Experience with cloud environments including microservices, IaaS, PaaS, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with cloud and on-premise solution security and compliance controls required
- Good understanding of digital solution delivery, data architecture, information management and technology-enabled business transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks and develop practical recommendations.
