تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة "مخطط نقل بالسكك الحديدية (خبرة مترو)" في الرياض، السعودية، ضمن وحدة أعمال التخطيط الاستراتيجي للنقل والاستشارات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساهمة في دراسات تخطيط النقل المتنوعة بما في ذلك تقييمات المخططات الرئيسية واسعة النطاق، دراسات تأثير المرور، ومشاريع التخطيط متعددة التخصصات في القطاعين العام والخاص.
  • إجراء تحليل التقاطعات لدعم تقييمات تأثير المرور.
  • المساهمة في إعداد التقارير التي تشمل تحليلات الظروف الحالية، توليد الرحلات، تحليل التقاطعات، وتقييمات مواقف السيارات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة المرور أو تخطيط النقل أو نمذجة المرور.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال تخطيط النقل، منها 8 سنوات في هندسة المرور وتخطيط النقل مع التعرض لمشاريع تشغيل وصيانة السكك الحديدية، و5 سنوات في هندسة المرور وتخطيط النقل والنمذجة.
  • فهم نظريات تخطيط النقل وهندسة المرور وطلب السفر.
  • خبرة في شبكات النقل العام والإلمام بالمعايير والممارسات الدولية لتخطيط النقل.
  • فهم عملي لدور وأهمية تخطيط النقل في تطوير الوصول وخطط التنقل على مستوى المدينة.
  • خبرة في الشرق الأوسط (مفضلة).
  • القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بفعالية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
  • القدرة على تعلم واكتساب مهارات جديدة بسرعة من مصادر متنوعة.
  • القدرة على العمل بإشراف محدود.
  • بعض الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع/المالية.

  • مهارات تواصل فعالة باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • التعلم السريع واستيعاب المعلومات من مصادر متعددة.
  • العمل بشكل مستقل تحت إشراف محدود.
  • خبرة أساسية في إدارة المشاريع والجوانب المالية.

We are seeking a qualified Rail Transport Planner with minimum 10 years' experience to join our Transport Planning and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The candidate must be a degree-qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of traffic engineering, transport planning and traffic modelling experience.

Your role

  • This role requires contributing to a variety of transport planning studies including large scale transport master plan assessments, traffic impact studies or multi-disciplinary planning projects in the public and private sectors.
  • Understanding of transport planning, traffic engineering and travel demand theory.
  • Experience in public transport networks and familiarity with international transport planning standards and practices.
  • Practical understanding of the role and importance of transport planning in development access and citywide mobility plans.
  • Experience in undertaking junction analysis to support the traffic impact assessments.
  • Contribute to preparation of reports including existing conditions analyses, trip generation, junction analysis and parking assessments.
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to learn and retain new skills quickly from a variety of sources.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision.
  • Some experience project/financial management..

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in traffic engineering, transport planning or traffic modelling.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in traffic engineering and transport planning with Operations and Maintenance railway project exposure.
  • Knowledge of International public Transport Planning standards and procedures.
  • Has worked within a team.
  • Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
