تسعى IIQAFGROUP في الرياض (حي المحمدية) للتوظيف في وظيفة Supply Chain Executive بدوام كامل براتب يتراوح بين 7,000 و 8,500 ريال شهريًا، لدعم عمليات سلسلة التوريد والمشتريات والمخزون واللوجستيات في بيئة مستشفى ورعاية صحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق عمليات سلسلة التوريد اليومية للمواد الطبية والمستلزمات والمعدات في بيئة المستشفى والرعاية الصحية.
- دعم أنشطة سلسلة التوريد من المشتريات والشراء وصولاً إلى الاستلام والتخزين ومراقبة المخزون والتوزيع الداخلي.
- تنسيق طلبات الشراء وأوامر الشراء وتأكيدات الموردين وجداول التسليم ومتطلبات المواد.
- مراقبة أنشطة المشتريات لضمان توفر المستلزمات الطبية والمواد المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والبائعين وفرق المشتريات والمخازن وموفري الخدمات اللوجستية وأقسام المستشفى.
- إعداد ومتابعة أوامر الشراء وعروض الأسعار وجداول التسليم والفواتير ووثائق الموردين.
- مراقبة فترات التسليم للموردين وأداء التسليم وحالة الطلبات وأوامر الشراء المعلقة.
- متابعة الموردين بشأن التسليم المتأخر أو الناقص أو التالف أو غير الصحيح.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات الشركة والموردين والبيانات المالية والرعاية الصحية والتشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو المشتريات أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة كـ Supply Chain Executive أو Supply Chain Coordinator أو Supply Chain Specialist أو Supply Chain Officer أو Procurement Executive أو Purchasing Executive أو Logistics Executive أو دور مماثل.
- الخبرة في المستشفيات أو الرعاية الصحية أو الإمدادات الطبية أو المستحضرات الصيدلانية أو العيادات أو بيئات الرعاية الصحية تُفضَّل.
- فهم قوي لإدارة سلسلة التوريد والمشتريات والشراء وإدارة المخزون والعمليات اللوجستية.
- خبرة في إدارة طلبات وأوامر الشراء وعروض الأسعار والتواصل مع الموردين وجداول التسليم.
- معرفة إجراءات السلامة في مكان العمل ومراقبة الجودة وإجراءات التعامل مع الإمدادات الصحية.
- الاستعداد للعمل بساعات مرنة أو مناوبات أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية عند الحاجة.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations for hospital and health care materials, medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.
- Support end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement and purchasing through receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Coordinate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, deliveries, and material requirements.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure required medical supplies and healthcare materials are available on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, procurement teams, warehouse teams, logistics providers, and hospital departments.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance, order status, and outstanding purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect deliveries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, supplier, financial, healthcare, and operational information.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Executive, Supply Chain Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Chain Officer, Procurement Executive, Purchasing Executive, Logistics Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, medical supply, pharmaceutical, clinic, or health care environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Experience managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, quotations, supplier communications, and delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, quality control, and healthcare supply handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
