تنضم IHG Hotels & Resorts إلى أول مجموعة Vignette Collection في المملكة العربية السعودية عبر فندق Carlton Al Moaibed بالدمام (المنطقة الشرقية)، وتعلن عن حاجتها إلى نادل (Waiter) للانضمام إلى فريق الطعام والمشروبات. نبحث عن شخص ودود ومحترف يركز على راحة الضيوف لتقديم تجارب طعام استثنائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف والتحية بأسلوب دافئ وودود ومهني.
- تقديم قوائم الطعام وشرح الأطباق وتقديم التوصيات بناءً على تفضيلات الضيوف.
- تسجيل طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة وإبلاغها بوضوح إلى فريق المطبخ والبار.
- تقديم الطعام والشراب في الوقت المناسب مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية.
- التحقق من رضا الضيوف طوال تجربة تناول الطعام والاستجابة لطلباتهم فوراً.
- تجهيز الطاولات قبل الخدمة مع ضمان النظافة والترتيب ومعايير التقديم.
- إزالة الطاولات بكفاءة وإعادة تجهيزها للضيوف التاليين.
- التعامل مع فواتير الضيوف بدقة ومعالجة المدفوعات وفقاً لإجراءات الفندق.
- التنسيق مع المطبخ والبار والأقسام الأخرى لضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة.
- الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة والصحة والسلامة في جميع الأوقات.
- المحافظة على المظهر المهني وارتداء زي الفندق بكل اعتزاز.
- دعم أعضاء الفريق والمساعدة في المهام الإضافية التي يطلبها المشرف أو المدير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مطعم أو فندق أو دور خدمة عملاء.
- مهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الآخرين قوية.
- اتجاه يركز على العميل مع سلوك ودود ومهني.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
- المرونة في العمل بنظام الورديات بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- المعرفة الأساسية بخدمة الطعام والشراب ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على الوقوف والمشي لفترات طويلة أثناء الخدمة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ والعربية ميزة إضافية.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
- Check on guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
- Prepare tables before service, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and presentation standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
- Handle guest bills accurately and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the hotel uniform with pride.
- Support team members and assist with additional duties as required by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during service.
- Good command of English Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction
