نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس المخاطر مسؤول عن تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف المخاطر التشغيلية والفنية والسلامة والأعمال عبر المشاريع والأصول. يشمل الدور إجراء تقييمات المخاطر، والتوصية بالإجراءات الوقائية، ودعم المنظمة في تحقيق عمليات آمنة ومتوافقة وموثوقة. يعمل مهندسو المخاطر عن كثب مع فرق المشاريع والهندسة والتشغيل والصحة والسلامة والبيئة لتقليل الخسائر المحتملة وتعزيز ممارسات إدارة المخاطر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر للمشاريع والمرافق والعمليات والأصول.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة والمخاطر التشغيلية ونقاط الضعف التي قد تؤثر على السلامة أو الموثوقية أو التكاليف أو الجداول الزمنية.
- إجراء تحليلات المخاطر باستخدام منهجيات مثل HAZOP وFMEA وتحليل ربطة العنق (Bow-Tie) وتقييم المخاطر الكمي (QRA).
- تقييم التصاميم الهندسية والعمليات والإجراءات لضمان تضمين تدابير تخفيف المخاطر.

- تقديم توصيات لتحسين سلامة الأصول وسلامة العمليات والموثوقية التشغيلية.
- إعداد تقارير تقييم المخاطر وإيصال النتائج إلى الجهات المعنية والإدارة.
- المشاركة في مراجعات المشاريع ومراجعات التصميم ودراسات السلامة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- مراقبة المخاطر الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة لتعزيز إدارة المخاطر في المنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، كهربائية، كيميائية، مدنية، صناعية، أو تخصص ذي صلة).
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في هندسة المخاطر، سلامة العمليات، سلامة الأصول، الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات تقييم المخاطر مثل HAZOP وHAZID وFMEA وLOPA وQRA.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية واللوائح والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- خبرة في صناعات مثل النفط والغاز، الطاقة، التصنيع، البنية التحتية، التشييد، أو المرافق.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والوثائق الفنية والبيانات التشغيلية.
- إتقان أدوات تقييم المخاطر وإعداد التقارير.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإدارة العلاقات مع الجهات المعنية.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل NEBOSH أو ISO 31000 أو CRSP أو CSP أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Your role
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, facilities, operations, and assets.
- Identify potential hazards, operational risks, and vulnerabilities that may impact safety, reliability, costs, or schedules.
- Perform risk analyses using methodologies such as HAZOP, FMEA, Bow-Tie Analysis, and Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA).
- Evaluate engineering designs, processes, and procedures to ensure risk mitigation measures are incorporated.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and risk mitigation plans.
- Analyze incident reports, near misses, and failure data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support insurance risk surveys and liaise with insurers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Review compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company risk management policies.
- Provide recommendations for improving asset integrity, process safety, and operational reliability.
- Prepare risk assessment reports and communicate findings to stakeholders and management.
- Participate in project reviews, design reviews, and safety studies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor emerging risks and industry best practices to enhance organizational risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of experience in risk engineering, process safety, asset integrity, HSE, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment techniques such as HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA, LOPA, and QRA.
- Familiarity with international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Construction, or Utilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and operational data.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 31000, CRSP, CSP, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
