يسر WSP في الشرق الأوسط دعوة المهندسين المعماريين ذوي الخبرة للتقدم لشغل وظيفة Senior Architect في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية مع تركيز على إدارة الواجهات والإشراف الموقعي للمشاريع الكبرى (سكني، تجاري، مباني، مراكز تسوق).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مشاريع التصميم المعماري من مرحلة التطوير المفاهيمي حتى إنجاز البناء، مع ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير التصميم واللوائح التنظيمية.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل المهندسين والمخططين ومهندسي المناظر الطبيعية لدمج التصاميم المعمارية في خطط المشروع الشاملة.
- تطوير ومراجعة المخططات والرسومات والمواصفات المعمارية، وضمان الدقة والجدوى وقابلية التنفيذ.
- إجراء تقييمات ميدانية ومسوحات وتحريات لجمع البيانات ودعم قرارات التصميم.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين المعماريين المبتدئين وأعضاء فريق التصميم.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية لتلبية متطلبات التصميم المعماري وحل المشكلات الفنية والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة لمتابعة تقدم البناء وجودته والالتزام بمواصفات التصميم.
- مراجعة وتقييم مستندات المقاولين وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) وتغييرات التصميم المقترحة.
- إعداد عروض تقديمية وتقارير ووثائق التصميم لاجتماعات العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والابتكارات وأفضل الممارسات في التصميم المعماري والبناء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في أدوار التصميم المعماري داخل قطاع الاستشارات، مع التركيز على الإشراف الموقعي لمشاريع المباني.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ درجة الماجستير مفضلة.
- الترخيص أو التسجيل المهني كمهندس معماري يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط مفضلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تصميم قوية وإتقان للبرامج المعمارية مثل AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp.
- معرفة قوانين البناء ولوائح تقسيم المناطق ومعايير البناء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة والتعامل مع الآخرين.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development through to construction completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and landscape architects, to integrate architectural designs into overall project plans.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and investigations to gather data and inform design decisions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address architectural design requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Review and evaluate contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and proposed design changes.
- Prepare design presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings and project stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for Building projects.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional licensure or registration as an Architect is advantageous.
