تعلن AtkinsRéalis عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Senior Construction Manager في منطقة الرياض (أملج).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى مدير الإنشاءات الأول الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة في الموقع وتنسيقها لمشاريع المباني الفاخرة في أملج (موقع نائي)، وضمان إنجاز العمل بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفقاً للمواصفات التصميمية ومعايير الجودة. يتطلب هذا الدور قيادة قوية وخبرة فنية وتواصلاً فعالاً مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة أنشطة الإنشاءات لمشاريع الضيافة والسكن فائقة الفخامة.
  • الإشراف على عمليات الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة.
  • التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمساحين والمقاولين لضمان سير المشروع بسلاسة.
  • مراقبة التقدم وحل المشكلات الفنية أو التشغيلية في الموقع.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والمعايير البيئية.
  • مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات وخطط العمل.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للموقع للتحقق من جودة العمل والمواد.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم وإبلاغ التحديثات للإدارة العليا.
  • إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
  • الإشراف على مراقبة التكاليف وتوزيع الموارد وإدارة المخاطر.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية للتأخيرات أو العيوب أو عدم الامتثال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة مشاريع سكنية وفندقية راقية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأساليب الإنشاء والمواد ومعايير الصناعة ومراقبة الجودة.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع و MS Office.
  • القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات.
  • مهارات قيادة متميزة وإدارة فرق.
  • قدرات قوية على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض فعالة.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة.
  • مهارات إدارة الوقت للتعامل مع مشاريع متعددة ومواعيد نهائية.

Overview

The Senior Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end buildings project in Umluj, KSA (remote location) ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.

Your role

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects.
  • Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.

About You

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Proven experience on 15+ years in managing high residentil and hotel projects in KSA
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
