تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمسمى Design Manager (Mechanical) في منطقة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة أنشطة التصميم الميكانيكي الهندسي من مرحلة المفهوم إلى التصميم التفصيلي ودعم الإنشاء.
- تطوير ومراجعة مخرجات التصميم الميكانيكي والمواصفات والحسابات والتقارير والرسومات.
- ضمان توافق التصاميم مع الكودات والمعايير واللوائح ومتطلبات العميل.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات، بما فيها التخصصات المدنية والإنشائية والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم والعمليات.
- إدارة جداول التصميم وتخصيص الموارد وميزانيات الهندسة لتحقيق معالم المشروع.
- إجراء المراجعات الفنية ومراجعات التصميم ودراسات الهندسة القيمية لتحسين نتائج المشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد وإدارة أداء المهندسين والمصممين الميكانيكيين.
- التواصل مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية في الأمور الفنية.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر الفنية خلال مرحلتي التصميم والتنفيذ.
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات من خلال مراجعة وثائق الموردين والعروض الفنية ومواصفات المعدات.
- ضمان تطبيق إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة داخل عملية التصميم.
- المشاركة في تخطيط المشروع وتطوير الاستراتيجيات الهندسية وإعداد تقارير الإدارة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتبني أفضل الممارسات الهندسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية؛ ويُفضَّل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-15 سنة في التصميم الهندسي الميكانيكي، تشمل مسؤوليات قيادية أو إدارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع ضيافة أو ترفيه كبيرة (فنادق، منتجعات، أماكن ترفيهية).
- معرفة قوية بالكودات والمعايير الهندسية الدولية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق تصميم متعددة التخصصات ومشاريع هندسية معقدة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي وأدوات الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة HVAC، والأنابيب، وأنظمة المرافق، والمعدات الدوارة، والحزم الميكانيكية حسب متطلبات المشروع.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات والتسليمات الفنية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة العلاقات مع الأطراف المعنية والقيادة.
- القدرة على توجيه الفرق الهندسية وتعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية.
- يُفضَّل الحصول على شهادة مهندس محترف (Professional Engineer / PE) أو مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer / CEng) أو ما يعادلها.

Your role
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering design activities from concept through detailed design and construction support.
- Develop and review mechanical engineering deliverables, specifications, calculations, reports, and drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and process disciplines.
- Manage design schedules, resource allocation, and engineering budgets to meet project milestones.
- Conduct technical reviews, design audits, and value engineering studies to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for mechanical engineers and designers.
- Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on technical matters.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the design and execution phases.
- Support procurement activities by reviewing vendor documents, technical bids, and equipment specifications.
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures within the design process.
- Participate in project planning, engineering strategy development, and management reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale hospitality or leisure projects (hotels, resorts, entertainment venues).
- Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and complex engineering projects.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and mechanical engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, utility systems, rotating equipment, and mechanical packages, as applicable to project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor engineering teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
