انضم إلى شركة AtkinsRéalis في الرياض كمهندس بيئي أول (Senior Environmental Engineer) لتولي مسؤولية إدارة ومراقبة نظام الإدارة البيئية لمقاولي التشغيل والصيانة (OMC) وضمان الامتثال البيئي ودفع مبادرات الاستدامة عبر عمليات وصيانة المترو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومراقبة امتثال المقاولين (OMC) للقوانين البيئية واللوائح والالتزامات التعاقدية.
- تنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة الإدارة البيئية (EMS) وفقاً لمعيار ISO 14001.
- إدارة التصاريح والتراخيص البيئية ومتطلبات الإبلاغ.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق البيئي وتقييم الامتثال.
- الإشراف على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاستدامة لعمليات التشغيل والصيانة.
- دعم المبادرات المتعلقة بكفاءة الطاقة والحفاظ عليها، وإدارة المياه، وتقليل النفايات وإعادة التدوير.
- دعم أهداف خفض الكربون وإزالة الكربون.
- تعزيز الممارسات المستدامة عبر عمليات المترو.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء البيئي (الطاقة، الانبعاثات، النفايات، استهلاك المياه).
- إعداد تقارير بيئية وتقارير استدامة للعميل وأصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم الإفصاحات المتعلقة بـ ESG وفقاً لأطر مثل GRI أو ما يشابهها.
- صيانة أنظمة ولوحات البيانات البيئية.
- مراجعة وثائق المقاولين المتعلقة بالقضايا البيئية.
- ضمان الضوابط البيئية أثناء أنشطة الصيانة والتشغيل.

- الإشراف على فرق الصيانة في المستودعات والمحطات والمسارات لضمان الامتثال البيئي.
- تحديد المخاطر البيئية والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف.
- التحقيق في الحوادث البيئية ودعم تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ البيئية.
- التواصل مع السلطات البيئية والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- دعم أهداف الاستدامة للعميل ومتطلبات الإبلاغ.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، العمليات، الهندسة، الصيانة).
- إجراء برامج التدريب والتوعية البيئية.
- تعزيز ثقافة الاستدامة عبر القوى العاملة والمقاولين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير أو خبرة عملية مثبتة في الهندسة البيئية أو العلوم البيئية أو الاستدامة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- 3-5 سنوات في مشاريع تشغيل وصيانة المترو أو السكك الحديدية أو البنية التحتية الكبيرة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية باللوائح البيئية ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- خبرة في أنظمة الإدارة البيئية ISO 14001.
- الإلمام بأطر الإبلاغ عن ESG (GRI، TCFD، وغيرها).
- قياس البصمة الكربونية ومقاييس الاستدامة.
- أدوات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير (Excel، Power BI يُفضل).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.

Your role
Environmental Compliance
- Management and oversite of the OMC compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Implement and maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in line with ISO 14001.
- Manage environmental permits, licenses, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sustainability strategies for O&M'operations
- Support initiatives related to:
- Energy efficiency and conservation.
- Water management.
- Waste reduction and recycling.
- Support decarbonization and carbon reduction targets.
- Promote sustainable practices across metro operations.
- Track environmental KPIs (energy, emissions, waste, water usage).
- Prepare environmental and sustainability reports for client and stakeholders.
- Support ESG disclosures aligned with frameworks such as GRI or similar.
- Maintain environmental data systems and dashboards.
- Review OMC documentation relating to environmental issues.
- Ensure environmental controls during maintenance and operational activities
- Oversee:
- Hazardous material handling and disposal.
- Spill prevention and response.
- Noise, vibration, and air quality management.
- Supervise depot, station, and track maintenance teams on environmental compliance.
- Identify environmental risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Investigate environmental incidents and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain environmental emergency response plans.
- Liaise with environmental authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.
- Support client sustainability objectives and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HSE, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance).
- Conduct environmental training and awareness programs.
- Promote sustainability culture across workforce and contractors.
Education
- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or relevant demonstratable experience in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- 3-5 years in metro, rail, or large infrastructure O&M projects.
- Proven experience in environmental compliance and sustainability programs.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, etc.).
- Carbon footprinting and sustainability metrics.
- Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
