AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure) للعمل في الرياض، حيث ستقدم الدعم لفريقك، وتعزز العمل الجماعي، وتقدم مدخلات فنية للمشاريع لضمان تحقيق أهداف العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح من حيث التقدم والجودة وقيود الميزانية.
- مراجعة واعتماد المستندات الفنية المقدمة من المطور إلى العميل، والتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع.
- مراقبة أن مخرجات المشروع تلبي المعايير المتفق عليها وتلبي متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة في كل مرحلة.
- مراقبة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة بشكل عام وتعديل الاستراتيجيات والخطط لإشراكهم.
- تطوير ووضع السياسات والإجراءات والوثائق الخاصة بتخطيط وتطوير وإدارة وتنفيذ والتحكم في جدول المشروع، بما في ذلك مراقبة مهام المشروع وسير العمل لإتمامه في الموعد المحدد.
- تحديد وتوثيق إجراءات محددة تشمل وضع معالم رئيسية لإنتاج مخرجات المشروع.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات ووثائق لتخطيط وإدارة وإنفاق والتحكم في تكاليف المشروع.
- تحديد القضايا التي تؤثر على المشروع وإدارتها حتى الحل.
- تطوير نظام قوي للتحكم في التغيير من خلال تحديد خط أساس المشروع وتحديد ومراجعة واعتماد ومراقبة التغييرات المقترحة على نطاق المشروع.
- تطوير مواصفات تفصيلية بناءً على إرشادات التصميم المقدمة للمطور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الهندسة أو العمارة من جامعة معترف بها.
- مؤهلات مهنية مثل PMP أو PRINCE2.
- 20+ سنة من الخبرة بعد التخرج في إدارة المشاريع وتسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية الضخمة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- سجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- خبرة مع شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) وكذلك المقاولين الكبار.
- خبرة كبيرة في الإشراف على إنشاء مشاريع معقدة مشابهة في الحجم والطبيعة لمشروعنا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إدارة وتنسيق مدخلات أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع والمقاول المعين لضمان التسليم الناجح.
- تقييم وحل قضايا التخطيط والتنسيق في الموقع.
- تطبيق مبادئ وعمليات إدارة الجودة.
- تطبيق مبادئ وعمليات تقييم وإدارة المخاطر.
- التواصل الفعال، التفاوض الجيد، والتأثير على الآخرين، وبناء علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة داخل المشروع وخارجه.
- الوعي بالمنظور الأوسع وكيف يؤثر على المشروع.

As a senior member of the team, you will provide support to your direct reports, foster teamwork both within the Region and AtkinsRealis generally, provide technical inputs to project teams and ensure that the client's'objectives are delivered.
Your role
- Ensure the successful delivery of the project in terms of progress, quality and cost budgetary constraints.
- Review & approval of Technical documents submitted by the Developer to the Client and ascertain if they comply with Project Specifications
- Monitoring the project deliverables meet with the agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each stage of the project.
- Monitoring overall project stakeholder relationships and adjusting strategies and plans for engaging stakeholders.
- Develop and establish the policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule, including monitoring project tasks and workflows in order to complete the project on schedule.
- Identify and document specific actions including establishing milestone to be performed to produce the project deliverables.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, managing, expending, and controlling project costs.
- Identifying issues that impact the project and managing them through to resolution.
- Develop a robust change control system by setting a project baseline and identifying, reviewing, approving and monitoring proposed changes to the project scope.
- Development of a detailed specification based on the design guideline provided to developer.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture discipline from a recognized University.
- Professional qualifications like PMP, PRINCE2 etc.
- 20+ years post qualification experience in Project Management & Delivery of mega infrastructure projects in KSA.
- Demonstrated track record of infrastructure projects delivery.
- Experience with PMC companies as well as large contractors
- Significant experience in supervising the construction of complex projects similar in size and nature to our project
- Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders and appointed contractor to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues.
- Apply quality management principles and processes.
- Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes.
- Network effectively, negotiate well and influence people, broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the project.
- Be aware of the broader perspective and how it affects the project.
