تسعى WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى توظيف مدير مشاريع أول / مدير مشاريع - إشراف (Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Supervision) للإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع البناء الكبرى في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة قيادية قوية وإدارة عملاء وجدوى تجارية لضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان وكفاءة ووفق معايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تسليم مشاريع الإشراف الكبرى من مرحلة التجهيز حتى الإنجاز.
- إدارة فرق إشراف متعددة التخصصات لضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان، ضمن الجدول الزمني، والميزانية، ومعايير الجودة.
- تطوير خطط تنفيذ المشاريع، وخطط الموارد، واستراتيجيات التسليم.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع، والمخاطر، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات الحكومية.
- قيادة اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع وحل مشكلات التسليم بشكل استباقي.
- دعم إغلاق المشروع وتسليمه وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء كجهة اتصال رئيسية للمشاريع المعينة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمطورين والمقاولين والجهات الحكومية.
- ضمان فهم توقعات العملاء وتحقيقها باستمرار.
- رفع مستوى رضا العملاء وخلق فرص أعمال متكررة.
- المشاركة في عروض العملاء ومراجعات المشاريع واجتماعات التقدم.
- دعم تطوير الحسابات ضمن محافظ العملاء الحالية.
- إدارة التشغيل اليومي لخدمات الإشراف عبر المشاريع.
- ضمان التوزيع والاستخدام المناسبين لموارد المشروع.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المقيمين وقادة التخصصات والمفتشين والفرق المتخصصة.
- مراقبة متطلبات القوى العاملة وتخطيط الموارد.
- تعزيز الاتساق في ضوابط المشروع وإعداد التقارير وممارسات الإشراف.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر تسليم المشاريع.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشروع والإيرادات واستخدام الموارد والربحية.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي للمشروع والتنبؤات.
- تحديد المخاطر والفرص التجارية وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف.
- دعم إدارة العقود وإدارة التغيير ومراقبة التغيير.
- ضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية ومتطلبات حوكمة المشروع.
- المساعدة في إدارة المطالبات والمناقشات التجارية عند الحاجة.
- دعم إعداد المقترحات والعروض التقنية والرد على المناقصات.
- المشاركة في مقابلات العملاء وعروض المشاريع.
- المساهمة بخبرة تسليم المشاريع في أنشطة الفوز بالأعمال.
- دعم تحديد الفرص ضمن المشاريع الحالية وحسابات العملاء.
- المساعدة في تطوير خط الأنابيب وأنشطة المتابعة في المملكة.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة إدارة المشاريع ومتطلبات الحوكمة في WSP.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- يفضل شهادة PMP أو مؤهل مكافئ في إدارة المشاريع.
- شهادة PE أو CEng أو اعتماد مهني مكافئ تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في إدارة المشاريع والإشراف على البناء.
- سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع بناء واسعة النطاق داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق إشراف متعددة التخصصات وعلاقات عملاء كبرى.
- فهم قوي لحوكمة المشاريع وإدارة العقود والإدارة التجارية.

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the delivery of major supervision projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Manage multidisciplinary supervision teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
- Monitor project progress, project risks, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure effective coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Lead project review meetings and ensure proactive resolution of delivery issues.
- Support project close-out, handover, and lessons learned activities.
- Act as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure client expectations are understood and consistently achieved.
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Participate in client presentations, project reviews, and progress meetings.
- Support account development within existing client portfolios.
- Manage the operational delivery of supervision services across assigned projects.

- Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities and implement mitigation measures.
- Support contract administration, variation management, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance requirements.
- Assist with claims management and commercial discussions where required.
- Support proposal preparation, technical submissions, and tender responses.
- Participate in client interviews and project presentations.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree desirable.
- PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
- PE, CEng, or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous.
- 20+ years of project management and construction supervision experience.
- Proven track record managing large-scale building projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams and major client relationships.
- Strong understanding of project governance, contract administration, and commercial management.
