المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة استشاريي التصميم الداخلي وحزم التصميم المتخصصة.
  • مراجعة مفاهيم التصميم واختيارات المواد وحزم FF&E ومذكرات التصميم التفصيلية.
  • ضمان توافق حلول التصميم مع رؤية المشروع ومعايير العلامة التجارية والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
  • تنسيق واجهات التصميم الداخلي مع التخصصات المعمارية و MEP والتخصصات الأخرى.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم والعروض التقديمية وورش عمل أصحاب المصلحة.
  • دعم تطوير التصميم خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • مراقبة جودة التصميم والبرنامج الزمني وأداء الاستشاريين.
  • المساعدة في مراجعات النماذج واعتماد التصميم حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ التصميمات الداخلية لمشاريع الضيافة أو التجزئة أو التجارة أو السكن.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في مراجعة التصميم وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

We are looking for a Design Manager - Interior Design to support the delivery of high-quality interior environments across hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages.
  • Review design concepts, material selections, FF&E packages, and detailed design submissions.
  • Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
  • Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Support design development through all project stages.
  • Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance.
  • Assist with mock-up reviews and design approvals where required.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience delivering hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors.
  • Strong design review and stakeholder management skills.
