شركة الاتصالات السعودية (STC) تعلن عن وظيفة محلل التقاضي التنظيمي (Regulatory Litigation Analyst) في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية دعم تمثيل الشركة في القضايا المتعلقة بالمسائل التنظيمية، سواء المرفوعة لصالح أو ضد STC، أمام الجهات القضائية واللجان والجهات الحكومية. ويعمل المحلل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للدعم القضائي المتعلق بالقضايا التنظيمية، ويساعد في عمليات التقاضي، ويضمن التزام الشركة بالإجراءات التنظيمية لحماية حقوقها، وذلك وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات STC.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم القضائي في المسائل التنظيمية، والعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لقضايا التقاضي التنظيمي.
- دعم تمثيل الشركة في القضايا التنظيمية المرفوعة لصالح أو ضد STC أمام الجهات القضائية واللجان والجهات الحكومية.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتقديم الدعاوى القضائية التنظيمية من أو ضد الشركة في مختلف المناطق، مع ضمان التمثيل الدقيق.
- تقديم الآراء أثناء المناقشات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين حول وجهات النظر المتعلقة بالتقاضي في القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية أو الخارجية ذات العلاقة لمتابعة تنفيذ الأحكام النهائية الصادرة في الدعاوى القضائية التنظيمية.
- المساعدة في تطوير إجراءات إدارة التفاعلات القضائية من منظور تنظيمي، وضمان وجود عمليات داخلية مناسبة داخل STC.
- دعم اختيار المستشار الخارجي عند الحاجة، مع ضمان حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لعملية التقاضي.
- دراسة وتقييم الدعاوى القضائية التنظيمية التي سيتم رفعها لصالح أو ضد الشركة، وتقديم التوصيات والحلول المناسبة.
- ضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التنظيمية اللازمة لحماية حقوق STC في جميع المسائل القانونية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة التقاضي في مؤسسة كبيرة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في مكتب محاماة مع تعرض محدد للقضايا القانونية والدعاوى القضائية المتعلقة بقطاع الاتصالات.

- Support the company's representation in regulatory cases raised in favor of or against STC before judicial bodies, committees, and governmental authorities.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory claims and lawsuits from or against the company in different regions, ensuring accurate representation.
- Provide input during discussions with key stakeholders regarding litigation perspectives on strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with relevant internal or external departments to follow up on the execution of final judgments issued in regulatory lawsuits.
- Assist in developing procedures for managing judiciary interactions from a regulatory perspective, ensuring proper internal processes are in place within STC.
- Support the selection of outside counsel when needed, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the litigation process.
- Study and evaluate regulatory lawsuits to be filed in favor of or against the company, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Ensure that necessary regulatory measures are implemented to safeguard STC’s rights in all legal matters.

- Prior experience in a law firm with specific exposure to telecom related legal cases and litigations is preferred
