شركة AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مدير جودة (Quality Manager) للمشاريع الفاخرة في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير جودة ذي خبرة واسعة في العمليات الميدانية وخدمات الاستشارات لقيادة مبادرات ضمان الجودة عبر مشاريع متعددة التخصصات. سيتولى هذا الدور ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية، وتحفيز التحسين المستمر، ودعم التميز في تسليم المشاريع في الموقع وفي بيئات التعامل مع العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطبيق وصيانة نظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS) للمشاريع الفاخرة.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير ISO 9001 والمواصفات التعاقدية ومتطلبات صاحب العمل والمعايير الرسمية ذات الصلة.
- العمل كممثل إدارة الجودة لعمليات الموقع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة للمشاريع الفاخرة.
- ضمان اعتماد خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) وبيانات الطريقة وإجراءات العمل وتطبيقها بفعالية.
- مراقبة اعتماد المواد والاختبارات المعملية وعمليات التفتيش الميدانية وفقاً لمتطلبات الجهة المختصة والمشروع.
- التخطيط وإجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وتدقيق الموردين ودعم عمليات التدقيق الخارجية / للعميل / الجهات الرسمية.
- قيادة إدارة حالات عدم المطابقة وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة والاتجاهات والدروس المستفادة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر وإعداد التقارير عنها.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مديري المشاريع ومديري الإنشاء والمهندسين والمقاولين وفرق الموقع.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لقضايا الجودة مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين والهيئات الرسمية (مثل RTA، ADM، DMT، MoEI حسب الحالة).
- تقديم خدمات استشارية وإرشادية للعملاء حول أنظمة الجودة والامتثال لمشاريع الطرق.
- تقديم التدريب والإرشاد لفرق المشروع والموقع حول معايير الجودة وإجراءاتها وأفضل ممارسات إنشاء الطرق وأدوات الجودة (RCA، FMEA، مفاهيم Six Sigma).
- تعزيز ثقافة جودة استباقية عبر فرق المشروع والمقاولين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الجودة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي في ISO 9001 (يفضل).
- أكثر من 20 عاماً من الخبرة في إدارة الجودة ضمن المشاريع الفاخرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عمليات الجودة الميدانية في المشاريع الفاخرة الضخمة.
- خلفية استشارية قوية والتعامل مع العملاء، ويفضل في بيئات الاستشارات الهندسية.
- خبرة في العمل مع معايير هيئات الطرق في الإمارات أو المنطقة (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة معمقة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS / IMS) ومعايير ISO وممارسات الجودة في الإنشاءات ومنهجيات إنشاء المشاريع الفاخرة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان أدوات الجودة مثل RCA وFMEA وعمليات التدقيق وتقنيات التحسين المستمر.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة ميدانية متعددة التخصصات وسريعة الوتيرة.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in site operations and consultancy services to lead quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects. Your role
Quality Leadership & IMS
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Luxury projects.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications, employer's requirements, and relevant authority standards.
- Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.
- Oversee QA/QC activities for Luxury projects.
- Ensure Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures are approved and effectively implemented.
- Monitor material approvals, laboratory testing, and site inspections in line with authority and project requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external/client/authority audits.
- Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Track and report quality KPIs, trends, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters with:
- Clients and consultants.
- Contractors and suppliers.
- Authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., RTA, ADM, DMT, MoEI - as applicable).
- Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance.
- Deliver quality training and mentoring to project and site teams on:
- Quality standards and procedures.
- Road construction quality best practices.
- Quality tools (RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma concepts).
- Promote a proactive quality culture across project teams and contractors
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
- 20+ years of quality management experience within Luxury projects.
- Proven experience managing site-based quality operations on Mega Luxury projects.
- Strong consultancy and client-facing background, preferably within engineering consultancy environments.
- Experience working with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS / IMS).
- ISO standards and construction quality practices.
- Luxury projects construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, audits, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, site-based environment.
