المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة كبير المضيفين في إدارة العمليات اليومية لقسم التموين والإشراف.
- الإشراف على فريق التموين وتنسيق العمل لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وكفاءة.
- ضمان الحفاظ على نظافة جميع المطابخ والمناطق الخلفية والمعدات والأواني ومناطق التشغيل وفقاً لمعايير النظافة المطلوبة.
- مراقبة تنظيف وتعقيم معدات المطبخ والأواني والفخاريات والفضيات وغيرها من عناصر التشغيل.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع المواد الكيميائية ومعدات التنظيف وتخزينها وصيانتها.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري للمطابخ ومناطق التموين وغرف النفايات والمرافق الخلفية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير العلامة التجارية IHG/voco™ ومتطلبات HACCP وسلامة الأغذية والصحة والنظافة.
- المساعدة في التحكم في مخزون مستلزمات التموين والمواد الكيميائية والمعدات.
- مراقبة إجراءات فرز النفايات والتخلص منها بشكل صحيح.
- إعداد جداول المناوبات وتوزيع المهام اليومية على زملاء التموين عند الحاجة.
- تدريب وتوجيه زملاء التموين على إجراءات التنظيف ومعايير النظافة وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- ضمان التزام جميع الزملاء بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة الشخصية المناسبة.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الطهي والمشروبات والهندسة والأقسام الأخرى لحل المشكلات التشغيلية.
- الإبلاغ عن أعطال المعدات ومتطلبات الصيانة ومخاوف السلامة إلى كبير المضيفين.
- المساعدة في حفظ السجلات وقوائم التفتيش وجداول التنظيف.
- دعم كبير المضيفين أثناء عمليات التفتيش الداخلية والخارجية للنظافة وسلامة الأغذية ومعايير العلامة التجارية.
- ضمان التغطية الكافية للتموين خلال فترات التشغيل المزدحمة والفعاليات والمآدب.
- تعزيز العمل الجماعي والانضباط وبيئة العمل الإيجابية داخل القسم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كمساعد كبير مضيفين أو مشرف تموين أو مضيف أول في فندق 4 أو 5 نجوم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال التموين، ويفضل في بيئة فنادق دولية.
- معرفة جيدة بسلامة الأغذية والنظافة و HACCP وإجراءات التنظيف والتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية.
- فهم قوي لمعايير نظافة المطابخ والمناطق الخلفية.
- خبرة في الإشراف على فريق متنوع وتطويره.
- شهادة سلامة الأغذية / HACCP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل في نوبات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Steward in managing the daily operations of the Stewarding Department.
- Supervise and coordinate the stewarding team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure all kitchens, back-of-house areas, equipment, utensils, and operating areas are maintained to the required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor the cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and other operating items.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, stewarding areas, garbage rooms, and back-of-house facilities.
- Ensure compliance with IHG/voco™ brand standards, HACCP, food safety, health, and hygiene requirements.
- Assist with controlling stewarding supplies, chemicals, equipment, and operating inventory.
- Monitor proper waste segregation and disposal procedures.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate daily tasks to stewarding colleagues when required.
- Train, coach, and guide stewarding colleagues on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safe working practices.
- Ensure all colleagues follow appropriate health, safety, and personal hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Report equipment defects, maintenance requirements, and safety concerns to the Chief Steward.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, checklists, and cleaning schedules.
- Support the Chief Steward during internal and external hygiene, food safety, and brand-standard inspections.
- Ensure adequate stewarding coverage during busy operations, events, and banquets.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment within the department.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Chief Steward, Stewarding Supervisor, or Senior Steward in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant stewarding experience, preferably within an international hotel environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling.
- Strong understanding of kitchen and back-of-house cleanliness standards.
- Experience supervising and developing a diverse team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities during busy operations.
- Good knowledge of stewarding equipment, chemicals, and cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with IHG brand standards is an advantage.
- Food Safety / HACCP certification will be an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
