فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير مركز (Center Director) في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كعامل تغيير فعال.
- إظهار فهم شامل لجميع عناصر تقديم الرعاية الصحية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الاستراتيجية، والتخطيط التجاري، والعمليات، والإدارة المالية.
- المساهمة في تطوير الخطة الاستراتيجية للمركز الخارجي وتحمل مسؤولية تنفيذها.
- المسؤولية عن التنسيق العام وإدارة سير العمل.
- الإشراف على وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وإرشادات فقيه للرعاية الصحية ذات الصلة، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الوطنية والدولية، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاعتماد (مثل CBAHI وJCI وCHI وغيرها).
- المسؤولية عن طلب الأدوية والمستلزمات والمعدات حسب نطاق واحتياجات العمل في المركز الخارجي ووفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية ذات الصلة.
- المسؤولية عن توظيف الموظفين حسب احتياجات العمل والقوى العاملة المعتمدة، ووفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- المراقبة الدقيقة لرضا المرضى والشكاوى وبيانات (DAMA)، ووضع خطط عمل تصحيحية بناءً عليها.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء السريري والإداري، وتحديد الاتجاهات، وتطوير خطط عمل تصحيحية عند ملاحظة أداء دون المستوى الأمثل.
- التخطيط والتنسيق لأنشطة التعليم المستمر والتدريب للموظفين بناءً على تقييم الاحتياجات.
- التخطيط وإدارة ومراقبة ميزانية خدمات العيادات والموارد والمرافق.
- تقديم التقارير المطلوبة للإدارة.
- المساهمة في عضوية اللجان المحلية والجماعية.
- ضمان التزام المركز بجميع القوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- ضمان توفير بيئة آمنة وعملية لجميع المرضى والزوار والموظفين.
- قيادة مبادرات إشراك الموظفين لخلق قوى عاملة محفزة ومخلصة.
- أداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة (MBBCh) أو دكتوراه في الطب (MD)، ويفضل التدريب التخصصي (الإقامة).
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.

Description
Skills and Abilities:
10+ years’ experience in the Healthcare sector and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in recognized medical centers.
Education
MBBCh or MD (Medical school). Specialty (residency) training is a preferred
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- Acts as an effective change agent.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of all elements of healthcare delivery, including but not limited to strategy, business planning, operations and financial management.
- Contributes to the development and responsibility for implementation of the ambulatory center strategic plan.
- Responsible for overall coordination and administration of workflow.
- Oversees and implements Fakeeh Care relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensures compliance with national and international standards, including accreditation requirements (e.g., CBAHI, JCI, CHI, etc.).
- Responsible for requesting medications, supplies, and equipment as per the scope and work needs of the ambulatory center and in alignment with relevant Fakeeh Care policies.
- Responsible for recruitment of staff as per work needs and approved manpower, and as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Closely monitors patient satisfaction, complaints, and DAMA data and develops corrective action plans accordingly.
- Implements and monitors clinical and administrative performance indicators, identifies trends, and develops corrective action plans when suboptimal performance is noted
- Plans and coordinates continuing education activities and training for staff based on needs assessment.
- Plans, manages, and controls the budget for clinic services, resources, and facilities.
- Submits required reports to administration.
- Contributes to local and group committees’ membership.
- Ensures the center maintains compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensures to provide a safe and functional environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
- Leads staff engagement initiatives to create a motivated and loyal workforce.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
