نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مدير تقنية المعلومات الأول للمجمعات السكنية متعددة الوحدات هو المورد الميداني للفريق لجميع احتياجات تنفيذ وصيانة البرامج في هذا المجال. سيتضمن هذا الدور مشاريع متنوعة، بما في ذلك إجراء جلسات تدريبية، وإدارة البائعين أثناء تركيب أنظمة جديدة، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح الأنظمة المتعطلة. وسيصبح أيضًا خبيرًا متخصصًا في جميع برامج وتقنيات المباني المتكاملة للشركة. وسيقدم تقاريره مباشرة إلى الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات (COO).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإلمام بمفاهيم البرامج الخاصة بالمجمعات السكنية متعددة الوحدات والقدرة على إتقان البرامج الجديدة بسرعة في هذا المجال.
- معرفة التقنيات الخاصة بالعقار؛ ضمان استخدام موظفي العقار للأنظمة بالشكل المطلوب، والمساعدة في ترقيات الأنظمة وتنفيذها وتكاملها وصيانتها من خلال التحقق من الحلول والإصدارات المقترحة واختبارها.
- تحديد المتطلبات والفرص السكنية أو التجارية التي تحتاج إلى اهتمام أو تعاني من فجوات فيما يتعلق بالتكنولوجيا بشكل استباقي.
- تحديد نقاط الألم أو الفرص أو أوجه القصور التي يمكن للتكنولوجيا أن تقدم فيها حلاً ذا قيمة مضافة أو تزيد الكفاءة بشكل استباقي.
- تقديم الدعم الفني واستكشاف الأخطاء الأولي للفريق الميداني لضمان وصول مستمر إلى جميع الأدوات.
- إجراء برامج تدريبية على جميع منتجات الشركة والبائعين لفرق العقارات بشكل حضوري وعبر مؤتمرات الفيديو، وتعديل برامج التعلم الحالية.
- إنشاء إجراءات تشغيل قياسية للأدوات والبرامج المختلفة المستخدمة، والعمل كخبير متخصص في مجموعة متنوعة من أنظمة المباني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال إدارة العقارات السكنية متعددة الوحدات.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو درجة الزمالة، أو إتمام دورات تقنية تتعلق بمجال الاتصالات.
- خبرة و/أو معرفة ببرامج إدارة العقارات مثل Yardi، RealPage، Entrate، CRM، تطبيقات الفحص والسكان.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة قوية على العمل دون إشراف وإدارة الوقت وعبء العمل بفعالية للوفاء بالأولويات.
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحدث وخدمة العملاء؛ يجب أن يكون متواصلاً فعالاً مع جميع مستويات المؤسسة.

About The Role
The Multifamily IT Sr. Manager will be the on-site team resource for all multifamily software implementation and maintenance needs. This role will involve various projects, including conducting training sessions, managing vendors during the installation of new systems, as well as troubleshooting down systems. They will also become a subject matter expert for all the company’s multifamily building technology software and integrated hardware. The IT Director will report directly to the COO.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Familiar and comfortable with multifamily software concepts and have the aptitude for quickly mastering new software in the space.
- Knowledge of property specific technology; ensure property staff utilize systems as intended and assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions and releases.
- Proactively identify requirements; business and/or residential opportunities that need attention or have gaps in relation to technology.
- Proactively identify pain-points, opportunities, or inefficiencies where technology can bring a value-add solution or increase efficiency.
- Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to on-site team to ensure consistent access to all the tools.
- Conduct training programs for all in house and vendor products for properties on site teams both in person and via web-conferencing and modify current learning programs.
- Create standard operating procedures for different tools and software that are in use. and serve as a subject matter expert on a variety of building systems.
- 5-10 years experience in the multifamily residential property management industry.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or completion of technical courses relating to the telecommunications field required.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrate, CRM, screening and Resident apps.
- Strong ability to work unsupervised and manage time and workload effectively to meet priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills required; must be an effective communicator with all levels of the organization.
