شركة Flow، المتخصصة في إعادة تعريف المعيشة والعمل من خلال حلول عقارية وتقنية مبتكرة، تبحث عن مدير تقنية المعلومات (IT Manager) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيشغل هذا المنصب مسؤولية تنفيذ وصيانة برامج المباني السكنية متعددة الوحدات، وإدارة البائعين، وتدريب الفرق، ورفع التقارير مباشرة إلى المدير التنفيذي للعمليات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون مدير تقنية المعلومات المورد التقني الميداني للفريق في جميع احتياجات تنفيذ وصيانة برامج المباني السكنية متعددة الوحدات. تشمل المهام إجراء جلسات تدريبية، وإدارة البائعين أثناء تركيب الأنظمة الجديدة، وحل المشكلات التقنية لأنظمة التعطل. سيتولى دور الخبير المتخصص في جميع برامج تقنية المباني متعددة الوحدات والأجهزة المدمجة، تحت الإشراف المباشر للمدير التنفيذي للعمليات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإلمام بمفاهيم برامج المباني متعددة الوحدات والقدرة على إتقان البرامج الجديدة بسرعة.
- الإشراف على تقنية الممتلكات؛ ضمان استخدام الفرق للأنظمة بالشكل الأمثل، والمساعدة في ترقيات الأنظمة وتنفيذها وتكاملها وصيانتها من خلال التحقق واختبار الحلول والإصدارات المقترحة.
- تحديد المتطلبات والفرص التجارية أو السكنية التي تحتاج إلى اهتمام أو تعاني من فجوات تقنية.
- تحديد نقاط الضعف أو الفرص أو حالات عدم الكفاءة حيث يمكن للتقنية تقديم حل ذي قيمة مضافة أو زيادة الكفاءة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والاستكشاف الأولي للمشكلات للفريق الميداني لضمان الوصول المستمر إلى جميع الأدوات.
- تنفيذ برامج تدريبية على جميع المنتجات الداخلية والخاصة بالبائعين للفرق الميدانية عبر الحضور الشخصي أو مؤتمرات الفيديو، وتعديل برامج التعلم الحالية.
- إنشاء إجراءات تشغيل قياسية للأدوات والبرامج المستخدمة، والعمل كخبير متخصص في أنظمة المباني المتنوعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في صناعة إدارة الممتلكات السكنية متعددة الوحدات.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الزمالة، أو إكمال دورات تقنية ذات صلة بمجال الاتصالات.
- خبرة و/أو معرفة ببرامج إدارة الممتلكات مثل Yardi وRealPage وEntrate وCRM وتطبيقات الفحص والسكان.

- قدرة قوية على العمل دون إشراف وإدارة الوقت وعبء العمل بفعالية لتلبية الأولويات.

About The Role
The IT Manager will be the on-site team resource for all multifamily software implementation and maintenance needs. This role will involve various projects, including conducting training sessions, managing vendors during the installation of new systems, as well as troubleshooting down systems. They will also become a subject matter expert for all the company’s multifamily building technology software and integrated hardware. The IT Manager will report directly to the COO.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Familiar and comfortable with multifamily software concepts and have the aptitude for quickly mastering new software in the space.
- Knowledge of property specific technology; ensure property staff utilize systems as intended and assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions and releases.
- Proactively identify requirements; business and/or residential opportunities that need attention or have gaps in relation to technology.
- Proactively identify pain-points, opportunities, or inefficiencies where technology can bring a value-add solution or increase efficiency.
- Provide technical support and initial troubleshooting to on-site team to ensure consistent access to all the tools.
- Conduct training programs for all in house and vendor products for properties on site teams both in person and via web-conferencing and modify current learning programs.
- Create standard operating procedures for different tools and software that are in use. and serve as a subject matter expert on a variety of building systems.
- 5-10 years experience in the multifamily residential property management industry.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or completion of technical courses relating to the telecommunications field required.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrate, CRM, screening and Resident apps.
- Strong ability to work unsupervised and manage time and workload effectively to meet priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills required; must be an effective communicator with all levels of the organization.
