شركة Mace تعلن عن وظيفة Document Controller في الرياض، للعمل على أحد أكبر البرامج في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهو مشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية مع البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يجمع دور Document Controller بين الخبرة الإنشائية والاستشارية لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع. يتولى إدارة المعلومات للمشاريع والبرامج، ويضمن أن الوثائق والبيانات ومنتجات المشروع تلبي المعايير المطلوبة. يدعم التسليم الرقمي الناجح من خلال تطبيق الاستراتيجيات والعمليات المحددة ومبادئ ISO 19650، مع تطوير المعرفة حول كيفية إنتاج المعلومات وضمان الجودة وإدارتها لتحقيق قيمة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة أولاً من خلال إظهار سلوكيات السلامة المرئية ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة، ودعم إطار الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية لجميع موظفي Mace.
- التمتع بالخبرة الفنية في قواعد وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة المحلية ذات الصلة بمحفظة المشاريع.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل متنوعة وشاملة وإدراك أهمية رفاهية أعضاء الفريق.
- ضمان وجود أنظمة جودة قوية وإدارتها بشكل مناسب بما يتماشى مع التميز في الخدمة.
- إدارة التسليم من بداية المشروع/الموجز، عبر تطوير التصميم والتخطيط، وشراء المقاولين، ومرحلة البناء وفقاً لبرنامج التسليم العام والمراحل المتفق عليها.
- إدارة المهام والتسليمات المرتبطة لدعم مدير المشارك وغيره من القادة، إلى جانب فرق المشروع والعملاء، لضمان تسليم المشروع بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشروع وتسليط الضوء على أي مخاطر وتحديات وإجراءات تخفيف.
- دعم التطوير طويل الأمد للوظيفة أو وحدة الأعمال، وخلق مستقبل تجاري مستدام.
- الالتزام بتحقيق تأثير إيجابي على الموظفين والعملاء والكوكب، وتحمل المسؤولية تجاه من لا يلتزم بقيم Mace.
- إدارة فرق التصميم والاستشاريين بطريقة تعاونية لضمان إكمال المسؤوليات بفعالية.
- قيادة وإدارة فريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الاستراتيجية.
- التواصل النشط والابتكار والبحث عن فهم أفضل الممارسات باستخدام المعرفة الكاملة لمجموعة Mace ومراكز التميز.
- الإشراف على التغيير والأداء التجاري بنزاهة.
- قيادة الفرق لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات، وإطلاق الإمكانات عبر Mace.
- اتباع عمليات إدارة المعلومات ومعايير ISO 19650 لدعم التسليم المتسق والفعال للمشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- الإلمام بهيكلة المعلومات واتفاقيات التسمية والترقيم وحفظ الملفات.
- العمل نحو الحصول على المؤهلات والشهادات التقنية مثل APM IM، وخبرة في استخدام برامج مثل Aconex وSharePoint.
- خبرة في صناعة البناء والتشييد والعقارات.
- الوعي بأمن المعلومات والأمن السيبراني وحماية البيانات.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة دولية سواء عن بعد أو خارج المملكة المتحدة.
- معرفة بمعايير سلسلة ISO 19650 وإطار BIM البريطاني وإدارة CDE.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
- المؤهلات والشهادات التقنية مثل APM IM أو جمعية مديري المعلومات (أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة خبير موضوعي في برامج إدارة المعلومات الرئيسية بما في ذلك Aconex وViewPoint وBusiness Collaborator وغيرها.
- شهادة ISO 19650.

Supports successful digital delivery by applying defined strategies, processes and ISO 19650 principles, while developing knowledge of how information is produced, assured and managed to unlock project value.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Enable teams to access trusted information through effective IM practices and guidance.
- Assure documents and artefacts are complete, accurate and stored correctly.
- Support CDE delivery, knowledge sharing and net zero carbon outcomes.
- Familiarity with information architecture, naming, numbering, filing conventions.
- Working towards technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, experience of software e.g. Aconex. SharePoint.
- Construction, property, and real estate industry. Security, cyber security, data protection awareness.
- Experience of working in an international setting either remotely from or outside the UK. ISO 19650 series, UK BIM Framework, CDE management.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Used to working with different stakeholders. Disciplined, methodical and organised.
- Effective team member and helping/training others.
- Able to work independently.
- Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers, (or equivalent).
- Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc.
- ISO 19650 certification.
