تعلن شركة Talent Blueprint FZ LLC عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لفني كهربائي (Electrical Technician) للعمل في مشروع كبير بالرياض، وذلك لدعم عمليات التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة والاختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة والمعدات والمكونات الكهربائية.
- إجراء اختبارات كهربائية، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتحديد الأعطال وتنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الكهربائية والمخططات ورسوم الخطوط الفردية والوثائق الفنية.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتفاعلية الروتينية للأنظمة الكهربائية.
- دعم تركيب وتشغيل الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية المؤقتة عند الحاجة.
- فحص التركيبات الكهربائية للتأكد من مطابقتها للتصاميم والمواصفات ومعايير السلامة المعتمدة.
- تحديد الأعطال الكهربائية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- اختبار الدوائر الكهربائية، ولوحات التوزيع، وصناديق التوزيع، وأنظمة الإضاءة، ومصادر الطاقة، والمعدات ذات الصلة.
- المساعدة في تركيب وصيانة الإضاءة وتوزيع الطاقة والمولدات والطاقة المؤقتة والمعدات الكهربائية.
- تنفيذ مد الكابلات وإنهائها واختبارها وإجراء التوصيلات الكهربائية الأساسية.
- ضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال الكهربائية وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة ومتطلبات تصريح العمل (Permit-to-Work).
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات الكهربائية والإبلاغ عن العيوب أو المخاطر المحتملة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للفحوصات وأنشطة الصيانة والأعطال والإصلاحات وحالة المعدات.
- التنسيق مع التخصصات الفنية الأخرى لضمان إنجاز الأعمال الكهربائية بأمان وكفاءة.
- دعم أنشطة التجهيز والتشغيل والإغلاق في الموقع عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على الأدوات والمعدات ومناطق العمل الكهربائية في حالة عمل آمنة.
- اتباع جميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSSE) والإبلاغ فورًا عن الظروف غير الآمنة والحوادث والمخاطر الكهربائية.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والأعطال الكهربائية عند الحاجة.
- دعم المقاولين والموردين المتخصصين أثناء أنشطة التركيب والصيانة الكهربائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كفني كهربائي أو في دور صيانة / فني كهربائي مماثل.
- مؤهل فني ذو صلة، أو دبلوم، أو شهادة مهنية معتمدة في الهندسة الكهربائية أو التقنية الكهربائية.
- معرفة عملية قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والتركيبات والصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات الكهربائية.
- خبرة في أنظمة توزيع الطاقة الكهربائية ولوحات التوزيع والكابلات والإضاءة وأنظمة الطاقة والمعدات الكهربائية.
- معرفة إجراءات السلامة الكهربائية وأنظمة تصاريح العمل (Permit-to-Work).
- القدرة على استخدام أجهزة الاختبار والتشخيص الكهربائية.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق فني متعدد التخصصات.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة والاستجابة للمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا حاليًا في المملكة العربية السعودية ومتاحًا للعمل في الرياض.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- شهادة مهنية كهربائية أو مؤهل فني معترف به.
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين عند الاقتضاء.
- شهادة السلامة الكهربائية.
- شهادة الإسعافات الأولية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في العمل وفق معايير السلامة الكهربائية المعترف بها.
- يفضل أن تكون الخبرة السابقة في واحد أو أكثر من البيئات التالية: الفعاليات والمهرجانات واسعة النطاق، البنية التحتية المؤقتة للفعاليات، أماكن المعارض والمؤتمرات، المشاريع الترفيهية والثقافية، الضيافة والسياحة، الأماكن العامة الكبيرة ومناطق الجذب، مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية، إدارة المرافق، الفعاليات الرياضية، الطاقة المؤقتة والتركيبات الكهربائية للفعاليات.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Carry out electrical testing, troubleshooting, fault finding, and corrective maintenance.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Perform routine preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Support the installation and operation of temporary electrical systems and equipment where required.
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Identify electrical faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Test electrical circuits, panels, distribution boards, lighting systems, power supplies, and related equipment.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of lighting, power distribution, generators, temporary power, and electrical equipment.
- Carry out cable installation, termination, testing, and basic electrical connections.
- Ensure all electrical work is completed in accordance with approved procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and report defects or potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and equipment status.
- Coordinate with other technical disciplines to ensure electrical works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Support onsite setup, operation, and breakdown activities when required.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and electrical work areas are maintained in safe working condition.
- Follow all HSSE requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, and electrical hazards.
- Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns as required.

- 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar electrical maintenance/technical role.
- Relevant technical qualification, diploma, or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with electrical distribution systems, panels, cabling, lighting, power systems, and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary technical team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and respond to operational requirements.
- Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and be available to work in Riyadh.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Electrical trade certification or recognised technical qualification
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration, where applicable
- Electrical safety certification
- First Aid certification is an advantage
- Experience working under recognised electrical safety standards
