تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة عمل في الرياض، السعودية، لوظيفة مدير مخاطر أول (Senior Risk Manager - M3) للإشراف على تنفيذ خدمات إدارة المخاطر في المشاريع الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة أولاً من خلال إظهار سلوكيات السلامة المرئية ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة وتطبيق إطار الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية (HSW) الخاص بشركة Mace.
- ضمان تطبيق أنظمة جودة قوية وإدارتها بما يتماشى مع معايير التميز في الخدمة.
- إدارة التوصيل من بداية المشروع/الموجز، مروراً بتطوير التصميم والتخطيط، وشراء المقاولين، ومرحلة البناء وفقاً لبرنامج التوصيل العام والمعالم المتفق عليها.
- إدارة المهام والتسليمات المرتبطة بها دعماً للمدير المشارك والقادة الآخرين وفرق المشروع والعملاء لضمان التسليم الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشروع وتسليط الضوء على أي مخاطر وتحديات وتخفيفات.
- دعم التطوير طويل الأمد للوظيفة أو الوحدة التجارية (BU) لخلق مستقبل تجاري مستدام.
- إدارة فرق التصميم والاستشاريين بطريقة تعاونية لضمان إتمام المسؤوليات بفعالية.
- قيادة وإدارة فريق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الاستراتيجية (KPIs).
- التواصل النشط والابتكار والبحث عن فهم أفضل الممارسات باستخدام المعرفة الكاملة لمجموعة Mace ومراكز التميز ومركز التحكم وKnowledge Hub.
- الإشراف على التغيير والأداء التجاري بنزاهة.
- قيادة أطر إدارة المخاطر والاستراتيجيات والأداء عبر المهام الموكلة.
- الشراكة مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين لإدارة المخاطر والتخفيفات والفرص.
- تقديم ورش العمل، التقييم الكمي للمخاطر (QRA)، التقارير والضمان بما يتماشى مع متطلبات Mace والعميل.
- توجيه الفرق، دمج تخصصات PMO/التخطيط وتقديم الدعم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في قيادة المخاطر الفعالة في مشاريع البناء المعقدة.
- خبرة في إنشاء أطر/استراتيجيات فعالة لإدارة المخاطر/الضمان.
- معرفة شاملة بأدوات وتقنيات وبرامج إدارة المخاطر (مثل Active Risk Manager، riskHive، atrisk، Primavera Risk Analyser).
- القدرة على إدارة الأنشطة ذات عدم اليقين الكبير في الحل أو النتيجة.
- فهم جيد لمشاريع البناء والتبعيات والواجهات ضمن دورة حياة المشروع.
- معرفة عميقة في تقديم قيادة المخاطر في قطاع واحد أو أكثر (مثل السكك الحديدية، الطرق السريعة، الطاقة النووية، القطاع العام، المستشفيات).
- خبرة واسعة أو ما يعادلها في تقديم مجموعة من خدمات إدارة مخاطر المشاريع في مشاريع البناء الكبرى.

The Project
Manages, and may lead, the implementation and delivery of a range of risk services to support commissions and to provide line management leadership and guidance for others within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence and assigned Hub as required.
You’ll Be Responsible For

- Experience of effective risk leadership on complex construction projects.
- Experience of setting up effective risk management/assurance frameworks/strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software (e.g., Active Risk Manager, riskHive, atrisk, Primavera Risk Analyser).
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
- Good understanding of construction projects, decencies and interfaces within the project lifecycle.
- Deep domain knowledge of providing risk leadership in one or more sectors (e.g. rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
- Proven ability to articulate complex information and ideas for a non-technical audience.
