شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة منسق BIM - تخصص إنشائي/مدني (BIM Coordinator - Structural/Civil) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء المراجعة الفنية وضمان الجودة (QA/QC) لنماذج BIM الإنشائية/المدنية المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين الخارجيين، والتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات تبادل المعلومات (EIR) وخطة تنفيذ BIM (BEP).
- مراجعة والتحقق من بيانات الأصول الإنشائية/المدنية واكتمال معلمات المعدات ومستوى الاحتياج المعلوماتي (LOIN) لضمان سلامة البيانات لتسليم إدارة الأصول (AIM).
- تتبع وتوثيق تقدم التصميم/النمذجة لجميع الأطراف المعنية، ورفع حالات عدم الامتثال أو فجوات البيانات مباشرة إلى مدير BIM التابع لإدارة المشروع (PMC).
- ضمان توافق النماذج الإنشائية/المدنية مع معايير التصميم الفاخرة، ودمج المواد والتشطيبات والعناصر المخصصة عالية الجودة.
- التعاون مع متخصصي BIM الآخرين (المعماري والميكانيكي/الكهربائي/الصحي) لضمان نموذج بناء متكامل يلبي مواصفات المشاريع الفاخرة.
- تيسير التنسيق بين فرق الهندسة المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية/الكهربائية/الصحية والمدنية والتصميم الداخلي، وضمان تكامل جميع عناصر المبنى.
- رئاسة وقيادة ورش عمل تنسيق BIM متعددة الأطراف، وتحفيز المساءلة بين الاستشاريين والمقاولين لحل التداخلات المكانية وتداخلات الأصول.
- حضور اجتماعات تنسيق منتظمة مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لمراجعة تقدم التصميم وحل أي تعارضات في النموذج.
- إجراء كشف التصادمات باستخدام Navisworks أو برامج مشابهة، وتحديد وحل التعارضات بين أنظمة المبنى المختلفة.
- معالجة مشكلات التصميم بشكل استباقي وتقديم حلول قائمة على BIM لتجنب تأخير البناء والحفاظ على مخرجات عالية الجودة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة جودة BIM لضمان دقة واتساق وسلامة نماذج المبنى.
- ضمان أن التصميم يلبي المعايير الفاخرة العالية مع الالتزام ببروتوكولات إدارة الجودة الخاصة بإدارة المشروع (PMC).
- مراقبة وإنفاذ الامتثال لخطط تنفيذ BIM والمعايير الصناعية (مثل ISO 19650).
- تحديد مخاطر التصميم المحتملة أو مشكلات قابلية التشييد في وقت مبكر من دورة حياة المشروع، خاصة فيما يتعلق بميزات التصميم الفاخرة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية أو مجال تقني/هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في إدارة BIM، مع 10 سنوات على الأقل في العمل على مشاريع المباني الفاخرة عالية الجودة في صناعة التشييد، بما في ذلك سنتين على الأقل في دور داخل إدارة المشروع (PMC) أو العميل أو الاستشاري الرئيسي في مشاريع ضخمة/تطورات مخطط لها مع تركيز كبير على التنسيق المعقد.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية ومهارات تواصل قيادية؛ القدرة على قيادة ورش العمل الفنية للتنسيق وفرض الامتثال بثقة مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين الدوليين من المستوى الأول.
- معرفة عملية قوية بإطار ISO 19650 ودورات تسليم إدارة المعلومات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Autodesk Revit في النمذجة الإنشائية/المدنية وتخصيص الأنظمة وجداول البحث.
- إجادة استخدام Navisworks Manage للتنسيق بين النماذج وكشف التصادمات (بما في ذلك Clash Detective و Search Sets و Appearance Profiler).
- إجادة استخدام Autodesk Civil 3D (إلزامي) و Bentley OpenRoads لمراجعة تداخلات البنية التحتية الجافة/الرطبة.
- خبرة في Solibri Model Checker للمراجعة وكشف التصادمات.
- خبرة في أدوات التعاون وتتبع القضايا مثل ACC/Forma Model Coordination و Revizto و BIMtrack أو أدوات مماثلة.
- (يفضل) شهادة في إدارة BIM أو Autodesk Revit (مثل Autodesk Certified Professional).

Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related technical engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 10 years working on high-end luxury building projects in the construction industry. including a minimum of 2 years working within a PMC, Client, or Lead Consultant role on mega-projects / master-planned developments with a heavy emphasis on complex coordination.
Highly organized with commanding communication skills. Ability to lead technical alignment workshops and confidently enforce compliance with international Tier-1 consultants and contractors.
Framework Standards: Strong practical knowledge of the ISO 19650 framework and information management delivery cycles.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Coordinator - Structural/Civil to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- MEP Technical Review & Quality Assurance (QA/QC) MEP Model Deliverable Review: Audit incoming Structural/Civil BIM models submitted by external consultants and contractors to verify compliance with the client Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Information & Asset Data Validation: Review and validate Structural/Civil asset metadata, equipment parameter completeness, and Level of Information Need (LOIN) to guarantee data integrity for future Asset Management handovers (AIM).
- Compliance Reporting: Track and document the design/modeling progress of all appointed Structural/Civil supply chain parties, escalating non-compliance issues or data gaps directly to the PMC BIM Manager.
- Ensure that the Structural/Civil models align with luxury design standards, integrating high-end materials, finishes, and bespoke elements.
- Collaborate with other BIM specialists (architectural and MEP ) to ensure a fully coordinated building model that addresses luxury project specifications.
- Facilitate coordination between architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and interior design teams, ensuring that all building elements are harmonized.
- Lead Coordination Meetings: Chair and lead multi-party BIM coordination workshops, driving accountability among Structural/Civil design consultants and contractors to resolve spatial and asset interfaces.
- Attend regular coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to review design progress and resolve any model conflicts.
- Ensure that the building model is aligned with the aesthetic goals of the client and complies with luxury design expectations.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar software, identifying and resolving conflicts between various building systems.
- Proactively address design issues and provide BIM-based solutions to avoid construction delays and maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Implement BIM quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the building models.
- Ensure that the design meets high-end luxury standards while adhering to the PMC’s quality management protocols.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with BIM execution plans and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Identify potential design risks or constructability issues early in the project lifecycle, particularly in relation to luxury-specific design features.
- Work closely with the project management team to mitigate risks through model adjustments and informed decision-making.
- Provide training and technical support to project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and utilize BIM processes effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and workflows, incorporating new innovations relevant to luxury building projects.
- BIM Software & Technical Tool Ecosystem
- The candidate must possess strong proficiency and direct experience reviewing, navigating, and auditing models within the following toolsets:
- Structural/Civil & Buildings Modeling and Coordination: Autodesk Revit (Advanced Structural/Civil modeling, systems allocation, and lookup tables), Navisworks Manage for model coordination and clash coordination and other BIM-related software.
- Infrastructure Utilities: Autodesk Civil 3D is mandatory, Bentley OpenRoads (for reviewing wet/dry infrastructure interfaces)
- Review & Clash Detection: Autodesk Navisworks Manage (Advanced use of Clash Detective, Search Sets, and Appearance Profiler) and/or Solibri Model Checker
- Collaboration & Issue Tracking: ACC/Forma Model Coordination Revizto, BIMtrack or any similar collaboration tool
