شركة Mace تبحث عن Senior Reporting Manager للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات في مشروع تطوير مختلط طموح في أبها يسهم في رؤية المملكة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة مثيرة للمشاركة في مشروع تطوير مختلط تحويلي في أبها، المملكة العربية السعودية. سينشئ البرنامج وجهة عالمية المستوى تجمع بين المكونات السكنية والتجارية والضيافة والترفيه والأماكن العامة، دعماً لرؤية المنطقة المستقبلية وتطلعاتها التنموية. توفر الوظيفة فرصة العمل ضمن فريق متكامل ومتعدد التخصصات على مشروع واسع النطاق يسهم في التحول المستمر للمملكة ويخلق إرثاً دائماً للمنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة أدوات/نماذج لجمع حالة البرنامج من أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة إنتاج وتوثيق وتوزيع التقارير الدورية والمخصصة.
- إنشاء والإشراف على الجداول الزمنية لتقديم التقارير ومراجعتها.
- دمج ومراجعة وإصدار لوحات المعلومات؛ رفع المخاطر/القضايا حسب الحاجة.
- تحديد متطلبات لوحات المعلومات وضمان توافق التسليم مع احتياجات المستخدمين.
- تنفيذ إجراءات إعداد تقارير متسقة وإجراء مراجعات الجودة.
- استخدام SharePoint وPowerBI وPMIS ونمذجة البيانات لضمان رؤى قابلة للتتبع وموثوقة.
- دعم عمليات إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالتكلفة والجدول الزمني والتغيير والمخاطر والأداء.
- تيسير المراجعات وضمان الشفافية في التقارير والاستجابة المهنية.
- تحديد تحسينات العمليات والبقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات والأدوات.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للانتقال إلى صافي انبعاثات صفرية وتحمل مسؤولية التحديد الاستباقي وإدارة الانبعاثات الكربونية المرتبطة وتخفيضاتها أثناء تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة المهنية مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها مع التطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة PMO و Project Controls على مشاريع معقدة.
- كفاءة متقدمة في استخدام Excel وVBA و SharePoint و Power BI و PowerApps و Primavera 6.
- تصميم وبناء ونشر حلول BI (مثل أدوات التقارير) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مشاريع البناء أو الهندسة.
- قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس ودمج أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة داخل بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- مُتواصل فعّال يتمتع بقدرة تحليلية والقدرة على التفاعل والتأثير وبناء علاقات ثقة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وامتلاك خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو أمر مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة متقدمة في Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Primavera 6.
- تصميم وبناء ونشر حلول ذكاء الأعمال (BI).
- قدرات تحليلية واتصالية قوية.
- مهارات التفاعل والتأثير وبناء العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain tools/forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
- Manage production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
- Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards; escalate risks/issues as needed.
- Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs.
- Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
- Use SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable, reliable insights.
- Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
- Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally.
- Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent. Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Advanced Competence in using Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Primavera 6.
- Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools) and minimum 20 years’ experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
