شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس كهربائي أول (Senior Electrical Engineer) للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. سيكون المسؤول عن الإشراف اليومي على الأعمال الكهربائية في الموقع، مع التركيز على متطلبات الفنادق والمنتجعات الفاخرة من حيث راحة الضيوف والسلامة والكفاءة التشغيلية. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة قوية في مشاريع الضيافة (فنادق 5 نجوم / منتجعات - مشاريع مكتملة).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة جميع المستندات الفنية المتعلقة بالأعمال الكهربائية والتعليق عليها، بما في ذلك رسومات الورش واعتمادات المواد وبيان الطريقة وخطط التفتيش وطلبات الفحص وتقارير الاختبار الخاصة بالإنشاءات.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية ومدخلات التقدم اليومية/الأسبوعية، ودعم أعمال إزالة العيوب.
  • الإشراف على إنشاء البنية التحتية الكهربائية بما في ذلك الشبكات الخارجية ذات الجهد المنخفض والمغذّيات وواجهات المرافق وإنارة الطرق/المناظر الطبيعية والتأريض والحماية من الصواعق.
  • الإشراف على الأعمال الكهربائية للمباني بما في ذلك لوحات التوزيع ذات الجهد المنخفض والكابلات والإضاءة والإضاءة الطارئة والقوى الصغيرة وتغذية المعدات.
  • التحقق من امتثال جميع الأعمال للرسومات والمواصفات والكودات المعتمدة.
  • التنسيق في الموقع مع فرق المدني والميكانيكي والجهد المنخفض جدًا (ELV) والمعماري لتجنب التعارضات.
  • حضور اجتماعات الموقع/التنسيق وتقديم تقارير عن مشكلات الموقع والقيود والإجراءات المطلوبة.
  • متابعة أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والدعم في تسليم الأنظمة.
  • المساعدة في التحقق من رسومات "كما تم التنفيذ" ووثائق التشغيل والصيانة وفقًا للظروف الميدانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مشاريع واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة قوية في مشاريع الضيافة (فنادق 5 نجوم / منتجعات - مشاريع مكتملة) - شرط أساسي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والجودة.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومواعيد نهائية ضيقة وفي بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
  • روح الفريق والمبادرة والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • معرفة بالإجراءات الدولية وأدلة التصميم والممارسات الإدارية الآلية.
  • معرفة جيدة بتوزيع الجهد المنخفض (LV) والإضاءة والتأريخ وواجهات الجهد المنخفض جدًا (ELV) الأساسية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الكهربائية.
  • مهارات حاسوبية أساسية (MS Office؛ ومعرفة بـ AutoCAD ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our team! The Site Sr. Electrical Engineer is responsible for day-to-day site Electrical work. The role ensures that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, with particular focus on luxury hotel/resort requirements, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Solid experience in hospitability projects (5 stars hotels/resorts - completed projects) is a must.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and comment on all the technical documents related to the Electrical work including and limited to Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statement, ITPs, inspection requests, and test reports related to construction.…etc.
  • Prepare technical reports, daily/weekly progress inputs, and support snagging and de-snagging.
  • Supervise construction of electrical infrastructure works including external LV networks, feeders, utility interfaces, road/landscape lighting, earthing and lightning protection.
  • Supervise building electrical works including LV distribution boards, cabling, lighting and emergency lighting, small power, and power to equipment.
  • Check that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
  • Coordinate on site with civil, mechanical, ELV, and architectural teams to avoid clashes.
  • Attend site/coordination meetings and report site issues, constraints, and required actions.
  • Follow up testing and commissioning activities and support system handover.
  • Assist in verification of as-built drawings and O&M documentation against site conditions.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in large-scale projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and in a fast-track environment.
  • Team player, proactive, with problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.
  • Good knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, earthing, and basic ELV interfaces.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
