Veterinary Clinic Manager

Aleef Group is looking for an experienced Veterinary Clinic Manager to oversee the operations and performance of its three pet veterinary clinic branches in Riyadh.

We are looking for a qualified veterinarian with strong management experience in pet veterinary clinics or hospitals, combining veterinary knowledge with hands-on operational and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all three clinic branches
• Lead and manage veterinary and clinic teams
• Ensure consistent service and operational standards across branches
• Monitor clinic performance, revenue, costs, and key KPIs
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and procurement
• Drive operational efficiency and improve the client experience
• Support the continued growth and development of the clinics

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent veterinary qualification
• Proven management experience within a pet veterinary clinic or hospital
• Strong operational and people-management experience
• Good commercial understanding, including revenue, costs, and overall clinic performance
• Multi-branch management experience is highly preferred
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
