تعلن شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) عن توفر وظيفة مفتش موقع (Site Inspector) تخصص كهرباء/بنية تحتية، للعمل في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية. ستعمل مع فريق متميز في مشاريع ضيافة فاخرة (فنادق ومنتجعات 5 نجوم).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التفتيش والإشراف على أنظمة توزيع الطاقة (MV/LV)، بما في ذلك المحطات الفرعية واللوحات الكهربائية، الإضاءة الداخلية والخارجية، الإضاءة الطارئة، التأريض والتوصيل، الحماية من الصواعق، حوامل الكابلات (الصواني والقنوات)، شبكات البنية التحتية الكهربائية، وتوفير الطاقة لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV).
  • التحقق من الالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات والكودات المعتمدة.
  • رفع وإغلاق طلبات التفتيش، تسجيل حالات عدم المطابقة، ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • دعم اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • التنسيق في الموقع مع فرق المدني والميكانيكي والمعماري والجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV).
  • إعداد تقارير يومية موجزة وقوائم الفحص وقوائم العيوب (snag lists).
  • ضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة في جميع الأنشطة الكهربائية.
  • المحافظة على التركيبات المنظمة والمخبأة والمتوافقة مع المعايير في غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة ومناطق الخدمة والمناطق الخارجية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة فعلية في مشاريع الضيافة الفاخرة (فنادق ومنتجعات 5 نجوم - مشاريع مكتملة) إجبارية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والجودة.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة وبيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
  • روح الفريق والمبادرة والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
  • معرفة بالإجراءات الدولية وأدلة التصميم والممارسات الإدارية والأتمتة.
  • معرفة جيدة بتوزيع الجهد المنخفض (LV) والإضاءة والتأريخ والواجهات الأساسية لأنظمة ELV.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والمواصفات الكهربائية.
  • مهارات حاسوبية أساسية (MS Office؛ AutoCAD ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) to join our team! The Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) is responsible for day-to-day site supervision, inspection, and quality control. The role ensures that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, with particular focus on luxury hotel/resort requirements, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Solid experience in hospitability projects (5 stars hotels/resorts - completed projects) is a must.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Inspect and monitor MV/LV power distribution (substations, panels, DBs), Internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, Earthing, bonding, lightning protection, Cable containment (trays, trunking, conduits), Electrical infrastructure networks and power provisions for ELV systems
  • Check compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Raise and close inspection requests, record non-conformances, and follow up corrective actions.
  • Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Coordinate on site with civil, mechanical, architectural, and ELV teams.
  • Prepare brief daily reports, checklists, and snag lists.
  • Ensure safe working practices in all electrical activities.
  • Maintain neat, concealed, and operator-compliant installations in guest rooms, public areas, BOH and external zones.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in large-scale projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and in a fast-track environment.
  • Team player, proactive, with problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.
  • Good knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, earthing, and basic ELV interfaces.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work under pressure.
