Mace تبحث عن Senior Cost Control Manager للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق متكامل على مشروع تطوير مختلط استثنائي في أبها يهدف إلى إنشاء وجهة عالمية المستوى تجمع بين المكونات السكنية والتجارية والفندقية والترفيهية والمساحات العامة، لدعم رؤية المنطقة المستقبلية. Mace تجمع بين خبرة البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص ومشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تسليم المشروع وفق الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات والمخاطر.
- قيادة إدارة المشروع من البداية حتى النهاية.
- مواءمة التسليم مع توقعات أصحاب المصلحة من خلال التواصل الفعّال.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة أولاً والرفاهية عبر جميع الفرق.
- تقديم خبرة متخصصة لتعزيز برامج Mace الأوسع.
- دفع التعاون بين فرق العميل والاستشاري والمقاول.
- إدارة تكامل البرنامج عبر التصميم والمشتريات والتسليم.
- قيادة المبادرات الاستراتيجية بما في ذلك تطوير الأعمال والأداء التجاري.
- الشراكة مع كبار أصحاب المصلحة للتأثير على النتائج وترسيخ أفضل الممارسات.
- قيادة وتطوير الفرق مع تحفيز التحسين المستمر والتميز.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني نحو الهدف المشترك للتحول إلى صافي انبعاثات كربونية صفرية، والمشاركة في التحديد والإدارة الاستباقية للانبعاثات الكربونية والتخفيضات المرتبطة بها أثناء تسليم العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة أو ما يعادلها.
- التقدم نحو الزمالة مع هيئة مهنية معترف بها والتطوير المهني المستمر.
- خبرة مهنية إجمالية لا تقل عن 20 عامًا، منها 7 أعوام على الأقل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- قيادة مثبتة في الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية، مع نتائج قابلة للقياس وترسيخ أفضل الممارسات.
- معرفة قوية وتطبيق للتشريعات ذات الصلة في بيئات تنظيمية معقدة.
- متواصل فعّال يتمتع بقدرة تحليلية وقدرة على إشراك أصحاب المصلحة والتأثير عليهم وبناء علاقات موثوقة.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع (مطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والعملاء).

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversees project delivery across timeframes, budgets and risk.
- Leads end‑to‑end project management from inception to completion.
- Aligns delivery with stakeholder expectations through clear communication.
- Champions Safety First and promotes wellbeing across all teams.
- Provides subject‑matter expertise to strengthen wider Mace programmes.
- Drives collaboration across client, consultant and contractor teams.
- Manages programme integration across design, procurement and delivery.
- Leads strategic initiatives including business development and commercial performance.
- Partners with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and embed best practice.
- Leads and develops teams while driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent. Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Minimum 20 years of total professional experience, including at least 7 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
