نسعى لتعيين باريستا متحمس وملِم بفنون تحضير القهوة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. المرشح المثالي يمتلك فهماً قوياً لتقنيات تحضير القهوة، وعلى دراية بأنواع الحبوب المختلفة ونكهاتها الفريدة، وقادر على تشغيل آلات الإسبريسو والمعدات اللازمة. الالتزام بخدمة العملاء ومهارات التواصل الممتازة أمران أساسيان، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على إدارة الطلبات بكفاءة والحفاظ على مساحة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة. الغرض الرئيسي من الوظيفة هو إعداد وتقديم مشروبات القهوة والإسبريسو عالية الجودة، وضمان تجربة قهوة مرضية لكل ضيف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتقديم مشروبات القهوة والإسبريسو عالية الجودة.
- إظهار المهارات في تقنيات تحضير القهوة وفهم أنواع الحبوب المختلفة ونكهاتها.
- تشغيل آلات الإسبريسو والمعدات الأخرى بفعالية.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وإظهار مهارات تواصل قوية عند التفاعل مع الضيوف.
- معالجة طلبات العملاء بكفاءة.
- الحفاظ على مساحة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كباريستا، ويفضل في فندق أو مقهى أو مطعم.
- معرفة جيدة بطرق تحضير القهوة وإعداد المشروبات.
- إتقان تشغيل آلات الإسبريسو ومعدات القهوة الأخرى.
- معرفة أنواع حبوب القهوة المختلفة ونكهاتها.
- القدرة على تحضير مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة الساخنة والباردة وفقاً للمعايير.
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتعامل مع الآخرين.

- القدرة على معالجة طلبات متعددة بكفاءة في بيئة عمل سريعة.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of coffee brewing techniques, be familiar with different types of coffee beans and their unique flavor profiles, and be able to operate espresso machines and other necessary equipment.
