F&B Outlets Manager

نوفوتيل للفنادق، إحدى فنادق مجموعة أكور التي تضم أكثر من 45 علامة تجارية و5,500 فندق، تبحث عن مدير منافذ الطعام والشراب (F&B Outlets Manager) للعمل في فندق نوفوتيل ثاكر مكة، مكة المكرمة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لجميع منافذ الطعام والشراب وضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة وكفاءة.
- إجراء ملاحظات دورية على أرضية المنافذ للتأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الخدمة، وتسلسل الخدمة، والتقديم، والأجواء، وسلوك الموظفين.
- ضمان تجربة استثنائية ومتسقة للضيوف في جميع منافذ الطعام والشراب.
- قيادة ودعم مدراء المنافذ والمشرفين والكباتن وأعضاء الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الخدمة والتشغيل.
- مراقبة أداء العمليات، ورضا الضيوف، وأهداف المبيعات، ومتوسط فاتورة الضيف.
- تحديد الفجوات التشغيلية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- إجراء ودعم الإحاطات اليومية قبل المناوبة، مع التركيز على أولويات التشغيل، وخدمة الضيوف، والبيع الإضافي، والعروض الترويجية.
- مراقبة تجربة الضيوف طوال فترة الخدمة ومعالجة مشكلات الخدمة وشكاوى الضيوف بشكل استباقي.
- متابعة ملاحظات الضيوف، ونتائج التدقيق الداخلي، وخطط العمل لضمان التحسين المستمر.
- دعم تحقيق إيرادات المنافذ وأهداف البيع الإضافي والأهداف التجارية.
- ضمان التنفيذ السليم للقوائم والعروض الترويجية والفعاليات الخاصة وأنشطة الطعام والشراب.
- تحديد فرص تحسين البيع الإرشادي والبيع الإضافي وتجارب تناول الطعام بشكل عام.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للفندق ومعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والصحة والسلامة.
- إعداد ومراجعة التقارير التشغيلية وتحديثات الأداء وخطط العمل.
- العمل عن كثب مع إدارة الطعام والشراب والإدارات الأخرى في الفندق لضمان سلاسة العمليات.
- متابعة الالتزامات والمبادرات التشغيلية التي تحددها إدارة الطعام والشراب.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل كمدير منافذ طعام وشراب أو مدير طعام وشراب.
- مهارات تشغيلية قوية في مجال الطعام والشراب مع نهج إداري عملي.
- مهارات إدارية وتنظيمية وإعداد تقارير قوية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة منافذ طعام وشراب متعددة أو عمليات ذات حجم كبير.
- مهارات قيادية قوية، ومهارات تواصل، وإدارة فرق.
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير خدمة الضيوف، والبيع الإضافي، وتوليد الإيرادات.
- تعتبر الخبرة في عمليات الفنادق في مكة المكرمة ميزة قوية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات تشغيلية متعددة.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- المرونة للعمل في المناوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب متطلبات التشغيل.

F&B Outlets Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B Outlets Manager to oversee and support the seamless execution of daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that all restaurants and bars consistently deliver high-quality service and an exceptional guest experience.
The role will focus on strong operational leadership, hands-on floor supervision, team performance, guest satisfaction, sales performance, and ensuring compliance with hotel and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with service standards, service sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee attitude.
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience across all F&B outlets.
- Lead and support outlet managers, supervisors, captains, and team members in achieving operational and service objectives.
- Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, sales targets, and average check performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct and support daily pre-shift briefings, focusing on operational priorities, guest service, upselling, and promotions.
- Monitor guest experience throughout service and proactively address service issues and guest complaints.
- Follow up on guest feedback, internal audits, and action plans to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support the achievement of outlet revenue, upselling, and commercial targets.
- Ensure proper execution of menus, promotions, special events, and F&B activations.
- Identify opportunities to improve suggestive selling, upselling, and overall dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards.
- Prepare and review operational reports, performance updates, and action plans.
- Work closely with F&B Management and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on operational commitments and initiatives established by the Food & Beverage Management team.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar F&B Outlets Manager / F&B Manager role.
- Strong Food & Beverage operational skills with a hands-on management approach.
- Strong administration, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets or high-volume operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of guest service standards, upselling, and revenue generation.
- Experience in Makkah hotel operations will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.
