طيران الرياض (RX) هي الناقل الوطني الجديد الذي يسعى لقيادة صناعة الطيران وتحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للطيران والتجارة. هذه الوظيفة تدعم النمو التجاري في قطاع الشركات، وتتولى إدارة الحسابات المؤسسية من تمديد العروض حتى أول حجز مُصدَر، مع ضمان استمرارية الإنتاج بعد الإطلاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتقديم طلبات تسعير الأسعار لكل كيان حسب Org ID، والتحقق من دقة الأسعار بعد تحميلها.
- اختبار عرض الباقات عبر الوكلاء المفضلين وحل أي تباينات.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع شركات إدارة السفر (TMCs) لدعم تفعيل الحسابات وخدمتها المستمرة.
- تقديم ورش عمل وجلسات توعوية حول آليات الصفقات المؤسسية، وعمليات الحجز، والشبكة والمنتجات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التفعيل، وإعداد تقارير الإنتاج، ومعالجة الطلبات اليومية مثل الإعفاءات في حدود السياسة، وإحالات المجموعات، وتصعيد خدمات الدعم، واستفسارات سياسات السفر.
- دعم تطبيق النموذج المؤسسي على الحسابات الكبيرة، وتمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات والمنتديات عبر المملكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة جامعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في شركة طيران، أو شركة إدارة سفر (TMC)، أو وكالة سفر مؤسسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بالأسعار والتذاكر وقدرات التوزيع الجديدة (NDC) وهياكل الأسعار المؤسسية.
- إتقان إعداد التقارير باستخدام Excel.
- مهارات عرض تقديمي واثقة.
- دقة عالية في التفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة تفعيل حسابات متعددة بفعالية.

About the Role
Are you ready to turn corporate agreements into revenue by activating accounts and building strong day-to-day partnerships? This role is central to managing an assigned portfolio of corporate entities from offer extension through to first ticketed booking. It plays an important part in sustaining production after launch and supporting commercial growth across the corporate segment. A core part of the role is preparing and submitting fare filing requests against each entity’s Org ID, then verifying accuracy once fares are loaded. You will also test bundle display through preferred agents and drive resolution of any discrepancies.Working closely with Travel Management Companies, this position supports smooth account activation and ongoing servicing. It also includes delivering workshops and refresher sessions on corporate deal mechanics, booking processes, and our network and product offering. In addition, the role focuses on maintaining activation trackers, producing production reports, and handling daily account requests such as waivers within policy, group referrals, servicing escalations, and travel policy queries. You can also expect to support the rollout of the corporate model to larger accounts and represent us at customer events and industry forums across the Kingdom. This is a high-impact commercial role where your precision, customer focus, and account management skills will help convert partnerships into lasting revenue growth.About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate 4 years of experience in an airline, Travel Management Company, or corporate travel agency environment.
You will bring strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, New Distribution Capability (NDC), corporate fare structures, and Excel-based reporting, along with confident presentation skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple account activations effectively.
