تعلن شركة إنفورما عن توفر فرصة وظيفية مميزة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لوظيفة مدير برنامج المستثمرين (Investor Programme Manager) للعمل على بناء وتقديم برنامج المستثمرين في معرض Cityscape West، وربط مكاتب العائلات وأصحاب الثروات العالية والمستثمرين الخاصين بفرص التطوير العقاري والضيافة في المنطقة الغربية من المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقطاب المستثمرين: تحديد وتأهيل واستقطاب مكاتب العائلات، وأصحاب الثروات العالية، وشركات الاستثمار الخاصة، والمستثمرين العقاريين من المملكة ودول الخليج والأسواق الدولية.
- إدارة العلاقات: بناء علاقات موثوقة مع مدراء مكاتب العائلات، وكبار مسؤولي الاستثمار، ومديري الاستثمار، وغيرهم من صانعي القرار.
- تأهيل المستثمرين: تقييم المستثمرين بناءً على رأس المال القابل للاستثمار، وسجلهم الاستثماري، وحجم الصفقات النموذجي، وسلطة اتخاذ القرار، واهتمامهم بفرص السوق السعودي.
- المواءمة بين المستثمرين والفرص: فهم التوجهات الاستثمارية الفردية وتسهيل المقدمات المناسبة مع المطورين وأصحاب المشاريع ومجموعات الضيافة والجهات الحكومية وشركاء المشاريع المشتركة المحتملين.
- تنفيذ البرنامج: دعم تنظيم موائد مستديرة للمستثمرين، وعشاء عمل، وزيارات ميدانية، واجتماعات فردية، وعروض المشاريع، وفعاليات التواصل الحصرية لكبار الشخصيات.
- المعرفة بالسوق: تطوير فهم عميق لفرص الاستثمار في جدة ومكة والمدينة والبحر الأحمر، خاصة في القطاعات السكنية والضيافة والعلامات السكنية الفندقية والمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والمشاريع السياحية.
- تجربة المستثمر: إدارة رحلة المستثمر بدءاً من التواصل الأولي والتسجيل وصولاً إلى المشاركة الميدانية والمتابعة بعد الفعالية.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة: العمل عن كثب مع المطورين والجهات الحكومية والجهات الراعية وشبكات مكاتب العائلات والبنوك الخاصة وفرق المبيعات والتسويق والعمليات الداخلية.
- التقارير: الحفاظ على سجل دقيق لخط أنابيب المستثمرين، وتتبع التعيينات والاجتماعات والمقدمات واهتمامات المستثمرين ونتائج الاستثمار المحتملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة وواسعة في مجال علاقات المستثمرين، أو العقارات، أو الثروات الخاصة، أو مكاتب العائلات، أو تطوير الأعمال، أو الفعاليات الاستثمارية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في التعامل مع مكاتب العائلات وأصحاب الثروات العالية والمستثمرين أو كبار صانعي القرار المالي.
- مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات والتواصل وتطوير الأعمال.
- القدرة على التواصل بثقة مع أصحاب المصلحة من مستوى الرؤساء التنفيذيين وكبار مسؤولي الاستثمار والمدراء والشركاء.
- فهم تجاري للتوجهات الاستثمارية وحجم الصفقات ومتطلبات المستثمرين.
- تنظيم عالي مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة علاقات متعددة رفيعة المستوى.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- إجادة اللغة العربية هي ميزة قوية، خاصة لبناء العلاقات مع مكاتب العائلات السعودية وأصحاب الثروات العالية وأصحاب المصلحة المحليين.
- الخبرة أو وجود شبكة علاقات قائمة داخل مكاتب العائلات أو الثروات الخاصة أو الاستثمار العقاري في المملكة/دول الخليج تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.

Job Description
We are looking for an Investor Programme Manager to build and deliver the Investor Programme for Cityscape West, connecting leading Family Offices, UHNWIs and private investors with real estate, hospitality and development opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s Western Region.
The role will focus on identifying, qualifying and building relationships with senior private capital decision-makers, while delivering a highly curated investor experience through targeted introductions, private meetings, site visits and exclusive networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Recruitment: Identify, qualify and recruit Family Offices, UHNWIs, private investment companies, real estate investors and other relevant sources of private capital from KSA, the GCC and international markets.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with Family Office Principals, CIOs, CEOs, Investment Directors and other senior decision-makers.
- Investor Qualification: Assess investors based on deployable capital, investment track record, typical ticket size, decision-making authority and appetite for Saudi opportunities.
- Matchmaking: Understand individual investment mandates and facilitate relevant introductions with developers, project owners, hospitality groups, government stakeholders and potential JV partners.
- Programme Delivery: Support private investor roundtables, dinners, site visits, 1:1 meetings, project presentations and VIP networking experiences.
- Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of investment opportunities across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and the Red Sea, particularly residential, hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use and tourism-related developments.
- Investor Experience: Manage the investor journey from initial outreach and onboarding through to onsite engagement and post-event follow-up.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with developers, government entities, sponsors, Family Office networks, private banks and internal Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Reporting: Maintain an accurate investor pipeline and track recruitment, meetings, introductions, investor interests and potential investment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Significant proven experience in investor relations, real estate, private wealth, Family Offices, business development, investment events or a related field.
- Experience engaging Family Offices, UHNWIs, investors or senior financial decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building, networking and business development skills.
- Confident communicating with CEO, CIO, Principal, Partner and Managing Director-level stakeholders.
- Commercial understanding of investment mandates, ticket sizes and investor requirements.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple senior relationships.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Arabic-speaking capability is strongly preferred, particularly for building relationships with Saudi Family Offices, UHNWIs and local stakeholders.
- Experience or an existing network within Saudi Arabia/GCC Family Offices, private wealth or real estate investment would be a significant advantage.
