شركة بارسونز كوربوريشن (Parsons Corporation) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Electrical Technician (فني كهرباء) في مدينة تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، للسعوديين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال التركيب والصيانة والفحص والاختبار والإصلاح الروتيني للأنظمة الكهربائية تحت إشراف فنيين أوليين وكوادر مهنية.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية، والمعدات، ولوحات التوزيع، والمولدات، والمحركات، والمضخات، وأنظمة الإضاءة، والمكونات ذات الصلة.
- إجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات الأساسية للمعدات الكهربائية لتحديد الأعطال والعيوب والظروف غير الآمنة.
- المساعدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في الدوائر الكهربائية، وأنظمة التحكم، والأسلاك، وأنظمة توزيع الطاقة، والمعدات.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الكهربائية الأساسية، والمخططات، ورسومات الأسلاك، والوثائق الفنية.
- دعم اختبار ومعايرة وإصلاح وتعديل أنظمة التحكم والأجهزة الكهربائية.
- استخدام أدوات ومعدات الاختبار الكهربائية وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وتقارير فحص وسجلات صيانة ونتائج اختبار وتوثيق الأنشطة المنجزة.
- المساعدة في إعداد تقارير ميدانية ومكتبية تتعلق بالأعمال الكهربائية والفحوصات والنتائج وحالة المعدات.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة المطبقة والرموز الكهربائية ومتطلبات التصريح والمتطلبات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- المساعدة في أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية في مواقع المشاريع والميدان.
- التنسيق مع الفنيين الأعلى مستوى والمهندسين وأعضاء فريق المشروع الآخرين لإنجاز الأعمال الموكلة.
- أداء المهام الروتينية وأحيانًا البدنية في بيئات مكتبية وصناعية وإنشائية وميدانية.
- السفر إلى مواقع الميدان والعمل فيها حسب الحاجة.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- دبلوم أو درجة مشارك في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تكنولوجيا الكهرباء أو الهندسة الكهربائية الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
- معرفة أساسية في التركيبات الكهربائية والصيانة والفحص والاختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الكهربائية والمخططات ورسومات الأسلاك والأدلة الفنية.
- معرفة الأدوات الكهربائية وأجهزة الاختبار ولوحات التحكم وأنظمة الأسلاك والمحركات والمولدات والمضخات ومعدات توزيع الطاقة.
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية ومتطلبات السلامة وممارسات العمل الكهربائية.
- القدرة على حفظ سجلات دقيقة وسجلات وتقارير ووثائق فنية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت إشراف فنيين أوليين ومهندسين وكوادر مهنية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات مكتبية وصناعية وإنشائية وميدانية.
- الاستعداد للسفر والعمل في مواقع المشاريع والميدان حسب الحاجة.
- القدرة على أداء الأعمال البدنية الروتينية وأحيانًا الشاقة.
- فهم أساسي لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة الكهربائية، بما في ذلك إجراءات الإغلاق/الوضع signs و ممارسات العمل الآمنة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في العمل على مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة أو الإنشاءات أو الصناعية أو المرافق أو المنشآت.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الأنظمة الكهربائية، ومعدات توزيع الطاقة، ولوحات التحكم، والمولدات، والمحركات، والمضخات، وأنظمة الإضاءة، والأجهزة.
- خبرة في تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات الكهربائية.
- خبرة في استخدام أجهزة القياس المتعددة وأجهزة اختبار مقاومة العزل وأجهزة القياس المشبكية ومعدات الاختبار الكهربائية والأدوات ذات الصلة.
- الإلمام بالأنظمة الكهربائية ذات الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط.
- الإلمام بأنظمة التحكم الكهربائية والأجهزة ومعدات الأتمتة.
- معرفة الرموز الكهربائية والمعايير ومتطلبات السلامة المطبقة.
- خبرة في إعداد تقارير الفحص وسجلات الصيانة ووثائق الاختبار وسجلات المعدات.
- الشهادات الكهربائية أو شهادات السلامة ذات الصلة (مفضلة).

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Technician - Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to support the installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment across office and field locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair activities under the supervision of senior technicians and professional staff.
- Assist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, panels, generators, motors, pumps, lighting systems, and related components.
- Conduct basic inspections and testing of electrical equipment to identify faults, defects, and unsafe conditions.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical circuits, control systems, wiring, power distribution systems, and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Support the testing, calibration, repair, and modification of electrical control and instrumentation systems.
- Use electrical testing tools and equipment in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, inspection reports, maintenance logs, test results, and documentation of completed activities.
- Assist in preparing field and office reports related to electrical work, inspections, findings, and equipment status.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, electrical codes, permit requirements, and project-specific requirements.
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities at project and field locations.
- Coordinate with higher-level technicians, engineers, and other project team members to complete assigned work.
- Perform routine and occasionally physical tasks in office, industrial, construction, and field environments.
- Travel to and work at field locations as required.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Diploma or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of electrical tools, testing equipment, control panels, wiring systems, motors, generators, pumps, and power distribution equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and electrical work practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, logs, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of senior technicians, engineers, and professional staff.
- Ability to work in office, industrial, construction, and field environments.
- Willingness to travel and work at project and field locations as required.
- Ability to perform routine physical and occasionally heavy labor activities.
- Basic understanding of electrical health and safety requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures and safe work practices.
- Experience working on large infrastructure, construction, industrial, utility, or facilities projects.
- Experience with electrical systems, power distribution equipment, control panels, generators, motors, pumps, lighting systems, and instrumentation.
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Experience using multimeters, insulation resistance testers, clamp meters, electrical test equipment, and related tools.
- Familiarity with low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems.
- Familiarity with electrical control systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Experience preparing inspection reports, maintenance records, testing documentation, and equipment logs.
- Relevant electrical or safety certifications are preferred.
