شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني نظم معلومات جغرافية (GIS Technician) للسعوديين فقط، في مدينة تبوك. ستعمل ضمن فريق لتطبيق مبادئ GIS والتحليل المكاني وإدارة قواعد البيانات والخرائط لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديث وصيانة ومراجعة قواعد البيانات الجغرافية المكانية لضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها واتساقها.
  • التعاون مع فرق المشروع لتوفير البيانات المكانية والخرائط والتحليلات لدعم قرارات المشروع.
  • تحليل البيانات الجغرافية المكانية لتحديد الأنماط والاتجاهات والعلاقات والرؤى.
  • إنشاء وصيانة وتحديث الخرائط الرقمية والمنتجات الخرائطية باستخدام برامج GIS.
  • إعداد خرائط وبيانات GIS بشكل مستقل مع التقدم نحو متطلبات أكثر تعقيداً تحت الإشراف.
  • دعم إعداد الأحكام الخاصة والتقارير النظامية وتقارير قواعد البيانات وقوائم المراجعة ووثائق التوكيد والتسليم.
  • تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات وأدوات GIS مخصصة لدعم حل المشكلات المكانية.
  • المساعدة في تركيب وتهيئة وتنفيذ بوابات GIS المؤسسية.
  • دعم تنفيذ التدابير الأمنية وإدارة مواقع خوادم GIS.
  • تنفيذ عناصر تصميم قواعد البيانات ونماذج قواعد البيانات المكانية لدعم الاستعلام والتحليل الفعال.
  • المساعدة في تعريف أنواع البيانات والعلاقات والقيود والفهارس وعناصر قاعدة البيانات الأخرى لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل.
  • دعم إعداد ومراجعة وتنفيذ خطط تنفيذ وإدارة GIS.
  • تنفيذ التحرير والرقمنة الأساسي والمتقدم لتحويل الخرائط التناظرية والبيانات الجغرافية المكانية إلى صيغ رقمية.
  • تطبيق تقنيات المعالجة الجغرافية لمعالجة وتحويل وتحليل البيانات الجغرافية المكانية.
  • دعم استخدام خدمات الويب والتطبيقات المحمولة والبوابات المؤسسية وتقنيات GIS ذات الصلة.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب للموظفين المبتدئين على برامج GIS والتطبيقات وسير العمل والإجراءات.
  • المشاركة في تطوير قوالب التدريب وأدلة الاستخدام ومقاطع الفيديو وغيرها من المواد التعليمية الخاصة بـ GIS.
  • مراجعة مخرجات GIS لدعم الجودة والدقة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • مساعدة فرق المشروع في الرد على أسئلة العملاء وطلباتهم والمشكلات الفنية.
  • تقديم المدخلات الفنية للعملاء وأعضاء فريق المشروع في الأمور المتعلقة بـ GIS.
  • التواصل مع الإدارات الداخلية بشأن مهام GIS ومتطلبات البيانات والأنظمة والمخرجات.
  • أداء المسؤوليات الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
  • دبلوم أو درجة مشارك في GIS أو الجغرافيا أو الجيوماتكس أو الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • معرفة عملية ببرامج GIS والتصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب ونمذجة معلومات المباني.
  • الإلمام ببرامج GIS وقواعد البيانات، بما في ذلك سير العمل ومتطلبات الأجهزة والبرامج ونشر الأدوات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وعمليات تطبيق GIS.
  • القدرة على تحليل وتفسير وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالبيانات الجغرافية المكانية.
  • فهم ممارسات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة وتقنيات المعالجة الجغرافية ومعايير إدارة البيانات وتحليل البيانات وهياكل نماذج البيانات وتحويل تنسيقات البيانات.

  • القدرة على إنتاج خرائط بمقياس رسم مع تصميم خرائطي فعال ورمزية واضحة وتعليقات دقيقة.
  • القدرة على تعريف وتطبيق قواعد الطوبولوجيا لدعم سلامة البيانات ودقتها.
  • مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية فعّالة.
  • مهارات حاسوبية فعّالة، بما في ذلك إجادة استخدام Microsoft Windows وتطبيقات معالجة النصوص وجداول البيانات وقواعد البيانات ذات الصلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادة مهنية ذات صلة بـ GIS.
  • خبرة في تطوير تطبيقات GIS وأدوات مكانية مخصصة.
  • خبرة مع Python أو JavaScript أو ModelBuilder أو لغات برمجة وأدوات أتمتة أخرى.
  • خبرة في دعم ورش عمل Feature Manipulation Engine لتحويل البيانات وتحويلها.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented GIS Technician - Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to apply GIS principles, spatial analysis, database management, and mapping technologies to support project delivery and informed decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Update, maintain, and review geospatial databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide spatial data, mapping, and analysis in support of project decisions.
  • Analyze geospatial data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and insights.
  • Create, maintain, and update digital maps and cartographic products using GIS software.
  • Prepare GIS maps and data independently while progressing toward more complex requirements with supervision.
  • Support the preparation of special provisions, system reports, database reports, checklists, and assurance and handover documentation.
  • Develop and maintain custom GIS applications and tools to support the resolution of spatial problems.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and implementation of enterprise GIS portals.
  • Support the implementation of security measures and management of GIS server sites.
  • Implement database design elements and spatial database models to support efficient querying and analysis.
  • Assist in defining data types, relationships, constraints, indexes, and other database elements for optimal performance.
  • Support the preparation, review, and execution of GIS implementation and management plans.
  • Perform basic and advanced editing and digitizing to convert analog maps and geospatial data into digital formats.
  • Apply geoprocessing techniques to manipulate, transform, and analyze geospatial data.
  • Support the use of web services, mobile applications, enterprise portals, and related GIS technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff on GIS software, applications, workflows, and procedures.
  • Participate in developing GIS training templates, manuals, videos, and other instructional materials.
  • Review GIS deliverables to support quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist project teams in responding to client questions, requests, and technical issues.
  • Provide technical input to clients and project team members on GIS-related matters.
  • Interface with internal departments regarding GIS assignments, data requirements, systems, and deliverables.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.



    • What Required Skills You'll Bring

    • Must be a Saudi National.
    • Diploma or Associate degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
    • Working knowledge of GIS, Computer-Aided Design, and Building Information Modeling software.
    • Knowledge of GIS software and database packages, including workflows, hardware and software requirements, tool deployment, troubleshooting, and GIS application processes.
    • Ability to analyze, interpret, and resolve issues related to geospatial data.
    • Understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices, geoprocessing techniques, data management standards, data analysis, data model structures, and data format transformation.
    • Ability to implement database design elements that support efficient querying, reporting, and analysis.
    • Ability to implement data model structures that accurately represent geographic features and spatial relationships.
    • Ability to produce scaled maps with effective cartographic design, clear symbology, and accurate annotation.
    • Ability to define and apply topology rules to support data integrity and accuracy.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

    • Experience developing GIS applications and customized geospatial tools.
