نبذة عن الوظيفة
- قيادة تسليم محور رئيسي أو مجموعة مشاريع مترابطة ضمن برامج المطارات، مع المسؤولية عن التنسيق في التسليم والنطاق والجدول الزمني والتكلفة والجودة والفوائد عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- العمل تحت إشراف مدير البرنامج، ودفع التخطيط عبر المشاريع وإدارة التبعيات والتسليم، مع ضمان تكامل مسارات العمل في برنامج متماسك وضمن بيئة تشغيلية على مدار الساعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتسليم مجموعة من المشاريع ذات الصلة، وإدارة التبعيات والتكامل بين المشاريع.
- امتلاك الجدول الزمني والميزانية وخطة الموارد للمحور، وتتبع التقدم وإدارة المسار الحرج.
- تنسيق الفرق الفنية والتشغيلية وفِرق البائعين لتحقيق أهداف التسليم.
- إدارة المخاطر والتغيير والحوكمة على مستوى المحور (RAID والتحكم في التغيير)، ورفعها إلى مدير البرنامج ومكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الجودة والسلامة والأمن والامتثال، ودعم الاستعداد والانتقال والتشغيل الفعلي (go-live).
- العمل ضمن حوكمة البرنامج ومعاييره.
- إدارة ميزانية المحور والتنبؤ وأداء الموردين.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة (العميل، الفرق التشغيلية، البائعين).
- قيادة وتطوير مدراء المشاريع والفرق ضمن المحور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة برامج أو مشاريع متعددة (Program/multi-project delivery) مع الالتزام بالوقت والتكلفة والجودة.
- إتقان قوي لأساليب إدارة البرامج والمشاريع (PMI/PMP، PRINCE2، MSP، agile/hybrid).
- مهارة في التخطيط عبر المشاريع، وإدارة التبعيات، والميزانية، والمخاطر.
- القدرة على قيادة مدراء المشاريع والفرق متعددة التخصصات والبائعين.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- درجة في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
- شهادة في إدارة البرامج/المشاريع (PMP أو PRINCE2 أو MSP أو ما يعادلها) - مفضلة بشدة.
المهارات المطلوبة

Operating under the Program Director, the role drives cross-project planning, dependency management and delivery, ensuring workstreams combine into a coherent, on-track programs in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
Programme-Stream Delivery
- Plan and deliver a portfolio of related projects, managing cross-project dependencies and integration.
- Own the stream schedule, budget and resource plan; track progress and manage the critical path.
- Coordinate technical, operational and vendor teams to achieve delivery objectives.
- Own stream-level RAID and change control; escalate to the Program Director and PMO as required.
- Assure quality, safety, security and compliance; support readiness, transition and go-live.
- Operate within program governance and standards.
- Manage stream budget, forecasting and supplier performance.
- Build strong relationships with client, operational and vendor stakeholders.
- Lead and develop project managers and teams within the stream.
Skills & Experience
- Program/multi-project delivery: Proven experience managing multiple related projects or a delivery stream to time, cost and quality.
- Methodology: Strong command of program/project methods (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, agile/hybrid).
- Planning & control: Skilled in cross-project planning, dependency, budget and risk management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead project managers and multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams.
- Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in aviation, airports or comparable 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with airport programs (terminal openings, ORAT/transition).
- Exposure to MSI delivery models.
- Programs/project certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) and/or SAFe.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Program/project certification strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
