DXC Technology تعلن عن وظيفة مدير مشاريع أول - المطارات (Senior Project Manager - Airports) في الرياض، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن تسليم مشروع واحد أو أكثر ضمن برنامج المطار، مع إدارة النطاق والجدول الزمني والتكلفة والجودة والمخاطر من البداية إلى النهاية. يتطلب الدور قيادة تسليمية عليا لمسارات العمل عالية الأهمية أو عالية المخاطر، وتنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات وموارد الموردين لتحقيق نتائج آمنة في بيئة تشغيلية تعمل على مدار الساعة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتسليم المشاريع المعقدة - النطاق والجدول الزمني والمعالم والتسليمات وخطط الموارد.
- إدارة التنفيذ عبر مراحل التصميم والبناء والاختبار والانتقال والتشغيل المباشر.
- تتبع التقدم مقابل الخطة والميزانية، وإدارة المسار الحرج والتبعيات.
- امتلاك سجل المخاطر والقضايا والافتراضات والتبعيات (RAID) والتحكم في التغيير، ودفع الإجراءات التخفيفية إلى الإغلاق.
- ضمان الجودة والسلامة والأمن والامتثال طوال مراحل التسليم.
- دعم الجاهزية والانتقال (ORAT والتجارب والقطع) للتشغيل المباشر.
- إدارة ميزانية المشروع والتنبؤ وتتبع التكاليف وإدارة الموردين.
- إعداد تقارير حالة واضحة لمكتب إدارة المشاريع والقيادة والعميل.
- قيادة وتحفيز فريق المشروع وبناء علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة واسعة في تسليم المشاريع التقنية المعقدة ضمن الوقت والتكلفة والجودة المطلوبة.
- إتقان قوي لمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع (PMI/PMP وPRINCE2 وAgile/Hybrid) والحوكمة.
- مهارة في التخطيط والجدولة وإعداد الميزانية والتحكم في التكاليف وإدارة التبعيات.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة المخاطر والقضايا والتحكم في التغيير على مشاريع معقدة.
- قيادة قوية للفرق المصفوفية ومهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مجال الطيران أو المطارات أو بيئات البنية التحتية الحيوية التي تعمل على مدار الساعة (مرغوب).
- الإلمام بأنظمة المطارات و ORAT/الانتقال (مرغوب).
- التعرض لنماذج تسليم MSI (مرغوب).
- شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP أو PRINCE2 Practitioner أو APM) و/أو Agile (Scrum أو SAFe) (مرغوب).
- درجة علمية في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة معادلة).
- شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP أو PRINCE2 أو APM أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة بشدة.

Job Description
Role Purpose
The Senior Project Manager - Airports is accountable for the delivery of one or more significant or complex projects within the airport programme, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk end to end.
The role brings senior delivery leadership to high-profile or high-risk workstreams, coordinating multi-disciplinary and vendor resources to deliver outcomes safely into a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Plan and deliver complex projects - scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables and resource plans.
Manage execution across design, build, test, transition and go-live.
Track progress against plan and budget, managing critical path and dependencies.
Risk, Change & Quality
Own project RAID and change control; drive mitigations to closure.
Assure quality, safety, security and compliance throughout delivery.
Support readiness and transition (ORAT, trials, cutover) for go-live.
Commercial & Stakeholder
Manage project budget, forecasting, cost tracking and supplier management.
Produce clear status reporting for PMO, leadership and client.
Lead and motivate the project team; build strong stakeholder relationships.

- Project delivery: Extensive experience delivering complex technology projects to time, cost and quality.
- Methodology: Strong command of project methods (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, agile/hybrid) and governance.
- Planning & control: Skilled in planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and dependency management.
- Risk & change: Hands-on RAID and change-control experience on complex projects.
- Leadership & stakeholders: Strong leadership of matrixed teams and excellent stakeholder management.
- Experience in aviation, airports or 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments.
- Exposure to MSI delivery models.
- Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM) and/or agile (Scrum, SAFe).
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent).
