تسعى شركة Müller's Solutions في الرياض إلى توظيف أخصائي أول في إدارة استمرارية الأعمال (Senior BCM Specialist) لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين ترتيبات إدارة استمرارية الأعمال في المنظمة، بما يتوافق مع معايير ISO 22301:2019 والمتطلبات التنظيمية والتعاقدية المحلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة هيكل المنظمة، الخدمات الحرجة، والترتيبات الحالية للطوارئ والاستمرارية، وتحديد المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية والتعاقدية المتعلقة باستمرارية الأعمال
  • تطوير وصيانة إطار إدارة استمرارية الأعمال (BCM Framework) بما يشمل الحوكمة والأدوار والمسؤوليات والنطاق ودورة الحياة والتقارير والتحسين المستمر
  • إعداد سياسة استمرارية الأعمال وتحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات ومتطلبات المراجعة
  • تخطيط وتيسير ورش العمل والمقابلات مع وحدات الأعمال وأصحاب العمليات والوظائف الداعمة وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين
  • قيادة تحليل تأثير الأعمال (BIA) لتحديد الأنشطة الحرجة والتبعيات والتأثيرات وأولويات وأهداف التعافي
  • إجراء تقييم مخاطر استمرارية الأعمال، وتحديد سيناريوهات الاضطراب ونقاط الضعف والضوابط الحالية وإجراءات المعالجة
  • تطوير استراتيجية استمرارية الأعمال (Business Continuity Strategy) تشمل خيارات التعافي ومتطلبات الموارد والتبعيات والتوصيات
  • إعداد ومراجعة والتحقق من خطط استمرارية الأعمال (BCPs) التي تغطي التفعيل والتصعيد والأدوار والتواصل والاستجابة والتعافي والعودة إلى الوضع الطبيعي
  • تطوير قوالب وأدوات ووثائق داعمة لإدارة استمرارية الأعمال
  • تقديم جلسات توعية وورش عمل حول استمرارية الأعمال لأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين
  • عرض المخرجات على الإدارة ودمج ملاحظات أصحاب المصلحة
  • إعداد برنامج التمارين والمحاكاة السنوي أو الدوري بناءً على المخاطر والأنشطة الحرجة والخطط
  • تصميم وتيسير تمارين الطاولة والمحاكاة وغيرها من تمارين الاستمرارية
  • إعداد تقارير تمارين استمرارية الأعمال (BCM Exercise Reports) تشمل الملاحظات ونقاط القوة والفجوات والدروس المستفادة والإجراءات التصحيحية
  • إعداد تقارير الرصد والأداء (BCM Monitoring and Performance Reports) تغطي تقدم التنفيذ وحالة الخطط ونتائج التمارين والإجراءات المعلقة وأولويات التحسين
  • تتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية ودعم مالكي الأعمال في تحديث الخطط والوثائق ذات الصلة
  • الحفاظ على ضبط الوثائق وإدارة الإصدارات وسجلات ورش العمل والتمارين والتحقق من الصحة والقرارات الإدارية
  • تقديم نقل المعرفة والتدريب للموظفين المعينين من العميل لضمان قدرة مستدامة على استمرارية الأعمال

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة استمرارية الأعمال، إدارة المخاطر، إدارة الطوارئ، إدارة الأعمال، تقنية المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال إدارة استمرارية الأعمال
  • خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وتنفيذ أطر وسياسات وخطط استمرارية الأعمال
  • خبرة عملية قوية في: تحليل تأثير الأعمال (BIA) وتقييم مخاطر استمرارية الأعمال وإعداد استراتيجية الاستمرارية وخطط استمرارية الأعمال (BCPs) وتمارين ومحاكاة استمرارية الأعمال وورش عمل التوعية مع أصحاب المصلحة
  • خبرة في إعداد تقارير على المستوى التنفيذي وتقديم التوصيات للإدارة العليا
  • معرفة قوية بمعيار ISO 22301:2019 وISO 22313 وتعديل 2024 لـ ISO 22301
  • خبرة في العمل ضمن منظمات معقدة متعددة الإدارات
  • يفضل الخبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في استمرارية الأعمال مثل CBCI أو MBCI أو ما يعادلها
  • شهادة Lead Implementer أو Lead Auditor لـ ISO 22301 تعتبر ميزة إضافية

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Business Continuity Management arrangements.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the BCM framework, policy, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, continuity strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), exercises, awareness programs, and performance reporting.

The successful candidate will ensure that all BCM activities are aligned with ISO 22301:2019, including the 2024 climate-action amendment, ISO 22313 guidance, and applicable local regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • BCM Framework & Planning
  • Review the organization's structure, critical services, existing emergency and continuity arrangements, policies, and risk information
  • Identify applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and stakeholder requirements related to business continuity
  • Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management Framework, including governance, roles and responsibilities, scope, lifecycle, reporting, and continual improvement
  • Develop the Business Continuity Policy and define BCM objectives, responsibilities, and review requirements
  • Plan and facilitate BCM workshops and interviews with business units, process owners, support functions, and key stakeholders
  • Lead the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical activities, dependencies, impacts, recovery priorities, and recovery objectives
  • Conduct Business Continuity Risk Assessments, identifying disruption scenarios, vulnerabilities, existing controls, and treatment actions
  • Develop the Business Continuity Strategy, including recovery options, resource requirements, dependencies, and recommendations
  • Develop, review, and validate Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) covering activation, escalation, roles, communication, response, recovery, and return-to-normal activities
  • Develop BCM templates, tools, and supporting documentation
  • Deliver BCM awareness sessions and workshops for relevant stakeholders
  • Present deliverables to management and incorporate stakeholder feedback
  • 2. BCM Exercises, Monitoring & Reporting
    • Develop an annual or periodic BCM Exercise and Simulation Programme based on organizational risks, critical activities, and BCPs
    • Design and facilitate tabletop exercises, simulations, and other continuity exercises
    • Prepare BCM Exercise Reports covering observations, strengths, gaps, lessons learned, and corrective actions
    • Prepare BCM Monitoring and Performance Reports covering implementation progress, BCP status, exercise results, outstanding actions, and improvement priorities
    • Track corrective actions and support business owners in updating BCPs and related documentation
    • Maintain proper document control, version management, and records of workshops, exercises, validations, and management decisions
    • Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to designated client personnel to ensure sustainable BCM capability
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant Business Continuity Management experience
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing BCM frameworks, policies, and business continuity plans
    • Strong hands-on experience in:
      • Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
      • Business Continuity Risk Assessment
      • Business Continuity Strategy
      • Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
      • BCM exercises and simulations
      • Awareness and stakeholder workshops
    • Experience preparing executive-level reports and presenting recommendations to senior management
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 22301:2019, ISO 22313, and the 2024 amendment to ISO 22301
    • Experience working within complex, multi-department organizations
    • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred
    • Professional BCM certification such as CBCI, MBCI, or equivalent is preferred
    • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
