شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير تجاري لمشاريع (Project Commercial Manager) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع في أحد المشاريع العامة الكبرى في الدرعية، الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستعمل ضمن فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع في مشروع تطوير عام ضخم في الدرعية يشمل سلسلة من الحدائق الأيقونية والحدائق الحيوية وأكثر من 55 كيلومتراً من تحسينات الشوارع. يهدف المشروع إلى خلق بيئة نابضة بالحياة وشاملة تعزز جودة الحياة وسهولة الوصول ورفاهية المجتمع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جميع الأنشطة التجارية والتعاقدية وإدارة التكاليف للمشروع، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف العميل ومعايير Parsons.
- إدارة عقود FIDIC أو الأشكال المماثلة، بما في ذلك التعامل مع التغييرات والمطالبات وتمديدات الوقت وتسوية/تجنب النزاعات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مسح الكميات أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 إلى 15 سنة في مجال مشابه.
- خبرة قوية مع عقود FIDIC أو الأشكال المماثلة بما في ذلك المطالبات والتغييرات وتسوية النزاعات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- سجل مثبت في إدارة التكاليف والإدارة التعاقدية والقيادة التجارية للمشاريع كبيرة الحجم متعددة الحزم.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading all commercial, contracts, and cost management activities for the project, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Parsons’ standards.
- Administering FIDIC or similar forms of contract, including managing variations, claims, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance/resolution.
- Overseeing procurement and contract awards, including preparation, review, and negotiation of contract documents, and coordination with legal and corporate teams as required.
- Managing and validating payment certificates, invoices, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate cost capture and budget control.
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, and providing regular commercial reports and dashboards to the client and senior management.
- Establishing and maintaining robust change management processes, including evaluation, negotiation, and formalization of change orders.
- Providing commercial risk assessments and mitigation strategies, and advising the project leadership on contractual and commercial risk exposure.
- Leading and mentoring the commercial and quantity surveying team, ensuring consistent application of procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Liaising with the client, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial issues and maintain strong working relationships.
- Supporting project audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance requirements, ensuring adherence to Parsons and client policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying , Construction Contracts or related field
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Proven track record in cost management, contract administration, and commercial leadership on large-scale, multi‑package projects.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop and defend well-reasoned commercial positions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing multi‑cultural commercial/QS teams.
- Ability to perform in a management capacity is also required
