المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التقييم الفوري والتثبيت والعلاج للمرضى الذين يعانون من حالات طبية وجراحية حادة متنوعة.
- إجراء أخذ التاريخ المرضي والفحوصات البدنية التفصيلية، وطلب وتفسير الاختبارات التشخيصية، واتخاذ القرارات السريرية السريعة لضمان رعاية آمنة وفعالة.
- إدارة الحالات العاجلة والحرجة يوميًا، والتنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.

- Hands-on experience in Urgent Care settings, providing timely evaluation and treatment of non-life-threatening but time-sensitive conditions.
- Competence in Critical Care Medicine, including managing unstable patients, initiating life-support measures, and coordinating ICU transfers.
- Relevant medical degree and recognized board certification or equivalent in Emergency Medicine or a closely related specialty.
- Valid medical license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction, with eligibility to obtain local registration in Jeddah as required.
- Proficiency in evidence-based clinical decision-making, emergency procedures (e.g., airway management, trauma care), and use of emergency department equipment.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, CME activities, and adherence to hospital policies and international guidelines.
