تعلن شركة LUMA Energy عن فرصة وظيفية لمسمى «Technical Specialist 1, Distribution Engineering» في مدينة تبوك (نيوم)، وهي وظيفة مبتدئة تركز على تنسيق ودعم الأنشطة الفنية في هندسة التوزيع.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • تعمل الوظيفة تحت إشراف المشرف أو المدير، وتتولى تنسيق ودعم الأنشطة الفنية.
  • تتطلب الوظيفة كفاءة فنية، وقدرة على حل المشكلات، ومهارات عالية في العمل الجماعي.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني للآخرين، وتطبيق المعرفة الفنية للمساهمة في بيئة عمل آمنة ورفع رضا العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ مهام في مجالات متخصصة تتطلب خبرة فنية.
  • مراجعة المواصفات الفنية للتأكد من اكتمالها ومراعاة القيود العملية.
  • التنسيق مع أعضاء فريق متعدد التخصصات.
  • دعم مراجعة الوثائق الفنية.
  • دعم تخطيط الأعمال الأساسي والتنسيق والميزانية وتقدير التكاليف.
  • دعم إعداد وتحديث المخططات أحادية الخط ومواصفات المعدات لمراجعتها واعتمادها الهندسي.
  • دعم عمليات توريد المواد.
  • المشاركة في عمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها (QA/QC).
  • تقديم الدعم الفني الأساسي لفرق الميدان والإنشاءات.
  • استخدام العمليات والمعايير وتطويرها.
  • إعداد التقارير وتقديم العروض التقديمية لفرق العمل والإدارة.
  • قد يُطلب العمل ساعات إضافية، بما في ذلك أعمال استعادة الخدمة بعد العواصف الكبيرة والتدريبات المرتبطة بها حسب التكليف.
  • أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تقني، أو بكالوريوس الهندسة الكهربائية من كلية معتمدة من ABET.
  • من صفر إلى سنتين من الخبرة المهنية في المجال الهندسي.
  • مفضّل: معدل تراكمي 3.2 أو أعلى.
  • مفضّل: درجة الماجستير في تخصص تقني.
  • مفضّل: معرفة عملية بالأنظمة والأدلة والمعايير والقواعد والممارسات اللازمة لتنفيذ المهام الروتينية.
  • مفضّل: خبرة في الجمعيات التجارية لقطاع المرافق.
  • مفضّل: خبرة في Microsoft Office وMicrosoft 365 وWord وPowerPoint وExcel.
  • متطلبات السفر: السفر بنسبة تقارب 30% من الوقت، مع الحاجة إلى المبيت خارج المقر.
  • المتطلبات البدنية: العمل من وضعية الجلوس بشكل متكرر، ورفع أو حمل أوزان تقارب 10 إلى 30 رطلاً بشكل نادر، والقدرة على تشغيل المركبة.
  • ظروف العمل: التعرض أحياناً (بشكل نادر) للرطوبة، والعمل بالقرب من المعدات الثقيلة أو الأجزاء الميكانيكية المتحركة، والعمل في الأماكن المرتفعة، والكهرباء، والضوضاء العالية (أكثر من 87 ديسيبل)، والظروف الجوية الخارجية.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor/Manager this entry-level position is responsible for coordinating and supporting technical activities. The role requires technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and excellent teamwork skills to be successful.

Job Description

  • Performs assignments in specialized areas requiring technical expertise.
  • Reviews functional specifications for completeness and consideration of practical limitations.
  • Coordinates activities as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • May support the review of technical documentation.
  • Supports basic work planning, coordination, budgeting, and cost estimating.
  • May support the development and updates of single line diagrams, and equipment specifications for engineering review and approval.
  • Supports material procurement.
  • Collaborates with activities in the QA/QC process.
  • Provides basic technical support to field and construction groups.
  • Utilizes and improves processes and standards.
  • Provides reporting, including presentations to work groups and management.
  • Position may be required to work extended hours including major storm restoration work and associated drills as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Additional Job Description:

Education And Experience

  • BS in a technical field or BS Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited college.
  • Zero to two years of professional engineering experience.

Skills

  • Business knowledge in the utility & regulated environment.
  • Interpersonal and relationship development skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
  • Team player and ability to prioritize assignments to meet commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3.2 GPA or higher preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • Working knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, and practices necessary to perform routine assignments.
  • Experience in utility industry trade organizations.
  • Experience with MS Office, 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
