تعلن شركة Yokogawa، الرائدة في مجال الأتمتة الصناعية وأنظمة القياس والاختبار وخدمات الصناعة، عن وظيفة مهندس خدمات (Service Engineer) في مدينة ينبع بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم دعم فني سريع ومتميز لأنظمة Yokogawa Centum VP وProSafe-RS وPRM.
  • تنفيذ أعمال التشغيل التجريبي (commissioning) في الموقع، والمساعدة في بدء التشغيل، وتقديم الدعم في حالات الطوارئ.
  • إدارة الاستفسارات، واستكشاف الأعطال، وإجراء التحقيقات والتحليل والاختبار، وحل المشكلات المبلغ عنها من مواقع العملاء بفعالية.
  • المشاركة في مشاريع خدمات الإضافة والتوسعة خلال مراحل الهندسة وFAT وSAT والتشغيل.
  • تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمنتجات Yokogawa، وتشمل تعديلات الأجهزة والبرمجيات وترقياتها.
  • تنفيذ تعديلات وتحسينات على الأنظمة، سواء أثناء التشغيل أو عند الإيقاف، حسب الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على مؤشرات رضا العملاء، وضمان أفضل زمن تشغيل للعمليات، وتحسين أداء الأنظمة، وتقديم دورات تدريبية متخصصة للعملاء عند الطلب.
  • المساهمة في مبادرات نمو قسم الخدمات بالشركة، وتحديد فرص تقديم خدمات إضافية لقاعدة العملاء الحالية.
  • التكيف مع مواقع عمل متنوعة (برية أو بحرية) ومدد مختلفة، بما في ذلك دعم المواقع قصير الأمد أو طويل الأمد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية على الأقل في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم (Instrumentation & Control) أو هندسة الإلكترونيات.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في صيانة أنظمة Yokogawa DCS (CS3000 أو Centum VP) ونظام السلامة (ProSafe RS) ونظام إدارة الأصول (PRM)، مع إلمام بـ Foundation Fieldbus وModbus وProfibus وOPC والشبكات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في استكشاف أعطال أنظمة Yokogawa وصيانتها التنبؤية والوقائية، وخبرة واسعة في بدء التشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي في الموقع، ويفضل أن تكون في محطات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات أو الطاقة.
  • المرونة في السفر المكثف عبر أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً وقراءةً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم قوي لنظام التحكم الموزع (DCS) ونظام السلامة (ESD) من Yokogawa، وممارسات الصيانة أثناء التشغيل.
  • الإلمام بمعايير السلامة والإرشادات ومفاهيم FSM، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة TUV.
  • مهارات متقدمة في استكشاف الأعطال والتشخيص وحل المشكلات، مع إجادة تقنيات التحكم المختلفة ومنهجيات التحسين.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية كتابةً وشفهياً، مع توجه نحو خدمة العملاء والالتزام بالتميز في الخدمة.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for delivering prompt and exemplary technical support for the Yokogawa Centum VP system, ProSafe-RS, PRM,
  • Execute on-site commissioning, start-up assistance, and emergency supports.
  • Manage inquiries, troubleshoot, conduct thorough investigations, analyze, test, and effectively resolve issues reported from client sites.
  • Engage in add-on/expansion service projects during the engineering, FAT, SAT, and commissioning phases.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Yokogawa's product portfolio, encompassing hardware and software modifications and upgrades.
  • Implement system modifications and enhancements, both online and offline, as required.
  • Uphold customer satisfaction metrics, ensure optimal process uptime, and enhance system performance. Deliver specialized/customized training sessions to clients upon request.
  • Contribute actively to Yokogawa's service divisions growth initiatives, identifying avenues for additional services within the existing client base.
  • Adapt to varying role locations (onshore/offshore) and durations, including short-term or long-term resident site support engagements.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Hold a minimum degree in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics Engineering
  • Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in maintaining Yokogawa DCS (CS3000 or Centum VP), Safety System (Prosafe RS), and Asset Management System (PRM), with proficiency in Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus, Profibus OPC, and networking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, predictive, and preventative maintenance of Yokogawa systems, complemented by extensive site start-up and commissioning experience, preferably within Oil/Gas/Petrochemical/Power plants.
  • Exhibit flexibility in extensive travel throughout KSA and adeptness in team collaboration, with proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading)

Competencies & Skills

  • Command a robust understanding of Yokogawa Control system (DCS) & Safety system (ESD) engineering and online maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, guidelines, and FSM concepts, with preference for TUV certification.
  • Demonstrate superior troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities, supported by proficiency in various control techniques and optimization methodologies.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to service excellence.
