تعلن شركة Lenovo عن وظيفة مهندس اختبار الإنتاج (PC Test Engineer) في مدينة الرياض ضمن مجموعة أجهزة الحاسب (PC Group). الشركة تقوم بالتوظيف لهذا المنصب حالياً، وقد تستغرق عملية التوظيف وقتاً أطول من المعتاد بسبب الظروف الإقليمية الراهنة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
كل جهاز محمول أو مكتبي تصنعه Lenovo يجب أن يجتاز اختبار الإنتاج قبل وصوله إلى العميل. كمهندس اختبار في مجموعة أجهزة الحاسب (PCG) بالرياض، ستتولى مسؤولية الاختبار للمنتجات المسندة إليك. تشمل المسؤولية جميع مراحل حياة المنتج: تقديم المنتج الجديد (NPI)، وتأهيل خط الإنتاج، والتشغيل التجريبي، ورفع معدل الإنتاج، والإنتاج الكمي. هدفك الحفاظ على استقرار عمليات الاختبار، وحل المشكلات بسرعة، وتحسين جودة الاختبار وكفاءته باستمرار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز محطات اختبار الإنتاج وأجهزة الحاسب وصور أنظمة التشغيل والتركيبات (Fixtures) الخاصة بالاختبار، وتأهيلها وصيانتها
- التحقق من صحة عمليات الاختبار للمنتجات الجديدة والتغييرات الهندسية
- نشر وإدارة برامج الاختبار والسكربتات والإعدادات وإصدارات BIOS/EC/Firmware
- التأكد من رفع نتائج الاختبار إلى نظام MES بشكل صحيح لضمان التتبع الكامل
- تشخيص أعطال المحطات وانخفاض نسب الإنتاجية (Yield)، وتحليل سجلات الاختبار، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، والتصعيد للمشكلات المعقدة
- قيادة التحسينات في نسبة الإنتاجية وزمن الاختبار ونسبة توفر المحطات (Uptime)
- العمل مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والهندسة وتقنية المعلومات والموردين وفرق Lenovo العالمية، وتقديم الدعم العملي في أرضية الإنتاج
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو هندسة الحاسب، أو الأتمتة، أو علوم الحاسب، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في هندسة اختبار الإنتاج، ويفضل في تصنيع أجهزة الحاسب المحمولة أو المكتبية أو الإلكترونيات
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بمكونات أجهزة الحاسب، ومعدات الاختبار، وإعداد المحطات، وتحليل الأعطال الأساسي
- إلمام بأنظمة Windows وLinux، وBIOS/EC/Firmware، والتعريفات (Drivers)، والشبكات الأساسية
- إجادة جيدة للغتين الإنجليزية الكتابية والمحادثة
- الاستعداد لتقديم الدعم العملي في أرضية الإنتاج
- التفكير التحليلي والاعتماد على البيانات في حل المشكلات
- القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية المشكلات والعمل على حلها بشكل مستقل
- التصرف بسرعة في بيئة إنتاج متغيرة وسريعة الوتيرة
- التواصل الواضح ومعرفة توقيت التصعيد المناسب
- القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وفرق عالمية
- البحث المستمر عن طرق لتحسين أساليب العمل

About The Role
Every notebook and desktop we build has to pass production testing before it reaches a customer. As a Test Engineer in Lenovo’s PC Group (PCG) in Riyadh, you’ll own that testing for the products assigned to you.
You’ll run production test engineering at every stage of a product’s life: new product introduction (NPI), line qualification, pilot runs, ramp-up and mass production. Your job is to keep test operations stable, fix issues fast, and keep improving test quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, qualify and maintain production test stations, test PCs, OS images and fixtures
- Validate test processes for new products and engineering changes
- Deploy and control test software, scripts, configurations and BIOS/EC/firmware versions
- Make sure test results upload correctly to the MES for full traceability
- Troubleshoot station failures and yield drops, analyze test logs, find root causes and escalate complex issues
- Drive improvements in yield, test time and station uptime
- Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, IT, suppliers and global Lenovo teams, and give hands-on support on the production floor
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, IT or a related field
- 2+ years in production test engineering, preferably in PC, notebook, desktop or electronics manufacturing
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, test equipment, station setup and basic failure analysis
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux, BIOS/EC/firmware, drivers and basic networking
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to give hands-on support on the production floor
- An analytical thinker who troubleshoots using data
- Comfortable owning issues and working through them on your own
- Able to act with urgency in a fast-moving production environment
- A clear communicator who knows when to escalate
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams
