تعلن شركة Lenovo عن وظيفة مهندس تصنيع مساعد - الخوادم (ISG) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن مجموعة حلول البنية التحتية (ISG) وقسم الهندسة، وهي وظيفة دوام كامل مخصصة للمواطنين السعوديين.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تتيح هذه الوظيفة بناء مسيرتك الهندسية على خط إنتاج فعلي، من خلال المشاركة في إطلاق منتجات الخوادم من أول نموذج حتى الإنتاج الكامل. ستعمل مع مهندسي تصنيع ذوي خبرة، وتشارك في جميع مراحل دورة حياة المنتج، including تقديم المنتج الجديد (NPI)، وتأهيل خط الإنتاج، والتشغيل التجريبي، وزيادة الإنتاج، والإنتاج الكمي. يُرجى ملاحظة أن الشركة توظف لهذا المنصب بنشاط، لكن نظراً للظروف الإقليمية الحالية في المملكة قد تستغرق عملية التوظيف وقتاً أطول من المعتاد، وسيتم إبقاؤك على اطلاع خلال المراحل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في إعداد عمليات التجميع والتغليف للمنتجات الجديدة والحالية من الخوادم
- تجهيز وفحص الأدوات والتركيبات (Tooling and Fixtures) قبل كل مرحلة تصنيع، ومتابعة حالتها
- إعداد وصيانة تعليمات العمل ومستندات تدفق العمليات (Process Flow)
- دعم دراسات زمن الدورة وموازنة خطوط الإنتاج (Line Balancing)
- الاستجابة لمشكلات الإنتاج اليومية والمساعدة في تحديد الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية
- التحقق من الالتزام بالإجراءات والمساهمة في أنشطة التحسين وفق منهجيتي 5S وLean
- العمل مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والهندسة على التغييرات في العمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو التصنيع أو الصناعية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونيكس أو الأتمتة أو تخصص ذي صلة
- من 0 إلى سنتين من الخبرة في هندسة التصنيع أو العمليات أو الإنتاج أو تجميع الإلكترونيات، ويُشجع خريجو الجامعات حديثاً الذين لديهم تدريب ذو صلة على التقديم
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً
- الرغبة في العمل العملي داخل أرضية الإنتاج
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم أساسي لعمليات التجميع وإعداد الخطوط والأدوات والتركيبات ومتطلبات الجودة
- الإلمام بتعليمات العمل وتدفق العمليات ودراسات زمن الدورة وأدوات Lean وَ5S وحل المشكلات

What you’ll do
- Help set up assembly and packaging processes for new and existing server products
- Prepare and check tooling and fixtures before each build phase, and track their condition
- Create and maintain work instructions and process flow documents
- Support cycle time studies and line balancing
- Respond to daily production issues and help find root causes and corrective actions
- Check process compliance and contribute to 5S and Lean improvement activities
- Work with Production, Quality and Engineering teams on process changes
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, process or production engineering, or electronics assembly. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- A basic understanding of assembly processes, line setup, tooling, fixtures and quality requirements
- Familiarity with work instructions, process flows, cycle time studies, Lean, 5S and problem-solving tools
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to work hands-on on the production floor
