تعلن شركة Lenovo عن وظيفة دوام كامل بمسمى Test Engineer - Servers (ISG) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن قسم الهندسة في المنطقة اللوجستية المتكاملة الخاصة (Special Integrated Logistics Zone)، وذلك لدعم اختبارات الإنتاج لخوادم مجموعة حلول البنية التحتية (ISG).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
قبل أن يخرج الخادم من خط الإنتاج، يجب أن يثبت أنه يعمل. كمهندس اختبار في مجموعة حلول البنية التحتية (ISG) في الرياض، ستقوم ببناء وتشغيل اختبارات الإنتاج التي تضمن ذلك. ستعمل على تجهيز وتحقق وتطوير عمليات الاختبار ومحطاته وإعداداته التي تدعم تصنيع الخوادم في جميع المراحل، بدءاً من إدخال المنتج الجديد (NPI) وتأهيل خط الإنتاج والتشغيل التجريبي والتشغيل التصاعدي والإنتاج الكامل. وعند فشل أي وحدة، ستحلل البيانات والسجلات لتحديد السبب وإصلاحه، بما يحافظ على استقرار الاختبارات واستمرار سير الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز محطات اختبار الإنتاج وبيئات الاختبار والمعدات والتحقق منها وصيانتها
- نشر برمجيات الاختبار وإدارة كود الاختبار والإعدادات، بما يشمل إصدارات BIOS وBMC والبرامج الثابتة (Firmware)
- تحليل أعطال الاختبار باستخدام بيانات الاختبار والسجلات والملاحظات الميدانية، وحل المشكلات حتى إغلاقها
- دعم اختبار إعدادات الخوادم، بما يشمل إعداد نظام التشغيل وRAID والشبكة
- التأكد من رفع بيانات الاختبار بشكل صحيح إلى نظام MES لضمان التتبع الكامل
- قيادة التحسينات في استقرار الاختبارات والعائد الإنتاجي (Yield) والكفاءة
- العمل مع فرق التصنيع والجودة والهندسة والموردين وفرق Lenovo العالمية، وتقديم دعم عملي مباشر عند ظهور مشكلات عاجلة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في هندسة الكهرباء أو الإلكترونيات أو الحاسب الآلي، أو الأتمتة، أو علوم الحاسب، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين (مفضلة) في تصنيع الخوادم أو الحواسيب الشخصية أو الإلكترونيات، أو في هندسة الاختبار، أو التحقق من الأنظمة
- الاستعداد لتقديم دعم عملي في أرضية الإنتاج خلال مرحلة التشغيل التصاعدي
- نوع الدوام: دوام كامل
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لعمليات اختبار الإنتاج، وإعداد المحطات، ومعدات الاختبار، والسجلات، وتحليل الأعطال

About The Role
Before a server leaves our line, it has to prove it works. As a Test Engineer in Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in Riyadh, you’ll build and run the production testing that makes sure it does.
You’ll prepare, validate and improve the test processes, stations and configurations behind our server manufacturing at every stage: new product introduction (NPI), line qualification, pilot runs, ramp-up and mass production. When a unit fails, you’ll dig into the data and logs, find out why, and fix it, so testing stays stable and production keeps moving.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, validate and maintain production test stations, test environments and equipment
- Deploy test software and manage test code and configurations, including BIOS, BMC and firmware versions
- Analyze test failures using test data, logs and on-site observation, and resolve issues through to closure
- Support server configuration testing, including OS, RAID and network setup
- Make sure test data uploads correctly to the MES for full traceability
- Drive improvements in test stability, yield and efficiency
- Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, suppliers and global Lenovo teams, and give hands-on support when urgent issues come up
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, IT or a related field
- 2+ years in server, PC or electronics manufacturing, test engineering or system validation (preferred)
- A good understanding of production test processes, station setup, test equipment, logs and failure analysis
- Familiarity with server hardware, BIOS/BMC/firmware, Windows Server and Linux, RAID and network troubleshooting
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to give hands-on support on the production floor during ramp-up
