المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة وتقديم خدمة شخصية ومهنية.
- أخذ طلبات الطعام والمشروبات بدقة وكفاءة.
- تقديم الطعام والمشروبات وفق معايير علامة سوفيتيل.
- التأكد من نظافة الطاولات ومناطق الطعام وترتيبها وتجهيزها بشكل صحيح.
- الإلمام الجيد بأصناف القائمة ومكوناتها والعروض اليومية.
- الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الضيوف والتعامل المهني مع الشكاوى.
- التنسيق مع فريقي المطبخ والبار لضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة.
- الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والتعقيم.
- الترويج لأصناف القائمة ولمنافذ الفندق بهدف تعظيم الإيرادات.
- ضمان رضا الضيوف وتقديم تجربة طعام متميزة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في خدمة الطعام والمشروبات، ويفضل أن تكون في فندق فاخر.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام مرن يشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات الرسمية.
- أن تكون الوظيفة متاحة للمواطنين السعوديين فقط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وخدمة عملاء متميزة.
- إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية، ولغات إضافية ميزة.
- مظهر مهني وموقف إيجابي.

Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to Sofitel brand standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily promotions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items and promote hotel outlets to maximize revenue.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
