تعلن شركة ألستوم عن فرصة تدريب لوظيفة متدرب موارد بشرية (HR Intern) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. الوظيفة مخصصة لحديثي التخرج.

تعمل ألستوم في مجال أنظمة النقل، من القطارات السريعة والمترو والقطارات الأحادية والترام، إلى الأنظمة المتكاملة والخدمات والبنية التحتية والإشارات والتنقل الرقمي. يعمل فيها أكثر من 80 ألف موظف لتطوير تنقل أكثر خضرة وذكاءً حول العالم. يتيح لك هذا الدور تطبيق خبرتك في الموارد البشرية في مجال تقني متطور، والعمل مع فريق متعاون وديناميكي. وتعمل الشركة في 63 دولة، وهي جهة تكافئ الفرص المتكافئة وتحتفي بالتنوع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم عمليات التوظيف وتنسيق المقابلات
- المساعدة في إجراءات التأهيل للموظفين الجدد وضمان دقة وثائق الموارد البشرية
- الحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين وإعداد التقارير
- تقديم الدعم الإداري لفريق الموارد البشرية في أنشطته اليومية
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان سير عمليات الموارد البشرية بسلاسة
- الالتزام بالسرية والاحترافية في التعامل مع معلومات الموظفين
- المساهمة في تحسين إجراءات الموارد البشرية وسير العمل فيها
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الوظيفة مخصصة لحديثي التخرج
- الشغف والموقف الإيجابي مفضلان على الخبرة، ولا يُشترط إتقان جميع المهارات المذكورة
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بالحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين وإعداد التقارير
- مهارات تواصل قوية
- الرغبة في التعلم والنمو في بيئة ديناميكية
- إجادة Microsoft Office أو أدوات مشابهة
- الدقة في العمل والمهارات التنظيمية
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والتكيف مع تغير الأولويات
- عقلية تعاونية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق
- الرغبة في مواكبة التحديات الجديدة وتطوير مهارات التعلم المستمر ضمن مجال الموارد البشرية
