تعلن شركة Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company عن توفر وظيفة مفتش مراقبة جودة - أبعاد (QC Inspector - Dimensional) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

التفتيش البعدي للمسبوكات والمطروقات وفقاً لمواصفات العملاء والرسومات في مراحل مختلفة من عمليات الصب، لضمان مطابقة أبعاد المنتج لمتطلبات العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء التفتيش البعدي للمسبوكات حسب الرسومات والمواصفات.
  • القياس والقبول وفقاً لمعيار ISO 8062، أو حسب متطلبات العميل أو الرسم.
  • إجراء التفتيش البصري للمسبوكات والمطروقات على عينات المسبوكات.
  • إجراء تدقيق تفتيش على المسبوكات/المطروقات بالجملة المتعلق بالتفتيش البعدي.
  • ضمان وضع العلامات والحروف على المسبوكات وفقاً لرسومات العميل ومواصفاته.
  • صيانة أجهزة القياس والاختبار في المنطقة مع حالة المعايرة.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في حالة وجود انحراف بعدي في المسبوكات.
  • متابعة تصحيح الأبعاد للمسبوكات ضد تقرير الأبعاد في حال وجود أي عدم مطابقة.
  • مراقبة فعالية تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) المتعلقة بالأبعاد.
  • الحفاظ على تقارير الأبعاد والمستندات ذات الصلة بالتفتيش البعدي.
  • تطوير/مساعدة مهندس مراقبة الجودة في تطوير معايير التفتيش البعدي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة ITI أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مؤهل مشابه (يفضل).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التفتيش البعدي.
  • خبرة في صناعة صب/ تشكيل المعادن (الصلب) ضرورية.
  • خبرة في فحص CMM وبرمجته مفضلة.
  • شهادة NDE ASNT Level II في التفتيش البصري ضرورية.
  • شهادة NDE ASNT Level II في فحص MT / PT مفضلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان تشغيل أجهزة التفتيش وفهم معايير الجودة.
  • القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية و Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • القدرة على تفسير معايير ISO و ASME و ASTM المتعلقة بالتفتيش البعدي والبصري.
  • معرفة بعمليات التشكيل وتجميع القوالب (moulding and core assembly) ضرورية.

Description

Dimensional inspection of castings & forgings against customer specifications and drawings in various stages of casting processes, to ensure the product dimensions meet customer requirements.

Dimensional Inspection

  • Carry out dimensional inspection of castings as per drawings & specifications.
  • Measure and accept as per ISO 8062 standard, or as per customer requirement or drawing.
  • Carry out visual inspection of castings and forgings on sample castings.
  • Conduct bulk casting / forgings audit inspection related to dimensional inspection.
  • Ensure casting marking and lettering as per customer drawings and specifications.

Equipment & Calibration

  • Maintain measuring and test equipment in the area with calibration status.

Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

  • Coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action in case of dimensional deviation on castings.
  • Follow up on casting dimensional correction against the dimensional report if any non-conformity is found.
  • Monitor dimensional related NCR effectiveness.

Documentation

  • Maintain dimension reports and relevant documents related to dimensional inspection.

Standards Development

  • Develop / assist QC Engineer to develop dimensional inspection standards.

Requirements

Education

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection.
  • Experience in the steel casting / forging industry is essential.
  • Experience in CMM inspection and programming is preferred.

Certifications

  • NDE certification ASNT Level II in Visual Inspection is essential.
  • NDE certification ASNT Level II in MT / PT inspection is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in operating inspection equipment and understanding quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to interpret ISO, ASME, and ASTM standards related to dimensional and visual inspection.
  • Knowledge of moulding and core assembly is essential.
